Toushinsai-Vegas Qualifier to Take Place Aug. 1
I stayed at Borgata casino hotel one night and checked out October 7th. I still have yet to receive my $150 security deposit from them which was suppose to be returned in 5-7 business days. It was a free room so I was only suppose to be paying 22 dollars for the room which is resort fees and taxes.
I called my bank and they claim they don’t see it at all. My bank is a bunch of overseas foreigners who don’t even know what a security deposit is for a hotel. I call them and they say they don’t see nothing. I asked them if they even know what a incidental deposit for a hotel is and they said no.
I called the casino back and they sent me a receipt with the 22 dollars I owe which was never taken off my card yet. They told me that the 22 dollars will be taken off my card when the banks release the $150 funds back into my account.
I did see on a receipt that the casino made an adjustment on October 13th. They had made a mistake and charged me 27 and adjusted it to 22 dollars. Again this money hasn’t been taken off my card yet.
What do I do? The Casino saying they released the funds and the bank has no what I’m talking about. The casino was willing to fax the bank but my bank claim they don’t have a fax number.
This is very frustrating and I feel like my $150 may be lost. I used a bank debit card
