We have two massive problems in Warframe right now;

Those who loved playing 8 player Raids have no where to go since the raids have been kinda..... Gotten rid of.

Players who can't camp the game 24/7 don't get to do Eidolons since they're not on as often and therefor miss out on content.
There's an easy solution for this: A massive dormant Eidolon (Dwarfs even the Hydrolyst) is discovered by the Quills and your job is to go punch out Cthulhu before he wakes up.
8 players, a giant underground map (or maybe even just Plains forced into being night), same basic mechanics as the Eidolon fights jacked up to eleven. I'm talking an absolute gear check, 20-30 minutes even with Meta equipment fight of epic proportions with a fancy light show (more Gauntalyst rather than Hydrolyst; mine poor eyes).
Cetus is based upon whales, and whales naturally fight against giant squids. Boom, we have our theme; eight giant arms/legs, walking around, doing Eidolon things.
This is just me, but if they made it suitably epic enough, I would love to have a Weekly Raid Boss like thing that you could do. Honestly; the daily crap you are able to do is started to get really crowded and it would be nice if you could do a "one and done" type of thing and not have to worry about it for a week, rather than doing Raids or Squidalon, or Standing, or Simaris, or (you get the idea).
Let's be honest as well, the additional spaces would allow for more flex slots, and you could get away with playing the more oddball choices; The four slots would be covered, you'd probably want a Rhino for Roar and an Oberon for the general coverage, but the other two slots would be rather opened up.

I don't want to step on anybody's toes here, but the amount of non-dad jokes here in this subreddit really annoys me. First of all, dad jokes CAN be NSFW, it clearly says so in the sub rules. Secondly, it doesn't automatically make it a dad joke if it's from a conversation between you and your child. Most importantly, the jokes that your CHILDREN tell YOU are not dad jokes. The point of a dad joke is that it's so cheesy only a dad who's trying to be funny would make such a joke. That's it. They are stupid plays on words, lame puns and so on. There has to be a clever pun or wordplay for it to be considered a dad joke.
Again, to all the fellow dads, I apologise if I'm sounding too harsh. But I just needed to get it off my chest.
Greetings everyone and welcome to a new meta report ! We're two weeks into the post nerf meta. How are things looking and will there be a need for more balance changes ?
As usual i'll be relying on a variety of sources to piece together a decent idea of how the ladder meta is looking.
Forestcraft
In the great woods of Forestcraft, where countless thousands of fairies make their home. In a small clearing, Arisa and Losaria are on a nice picnic while Ladica stares from the shadows, raging with envy that Arisa gets to hold the hands of Losaria while Ladica has not yet had a chance.. But as soon as Arisa lets down her guards, then Ladica will pounce to seize her opportunity!
Forestcraft continues to see Sekka Forest pulling heavy duty, followed by Ladica Forest and finally a tiny bit of Evo Forest.
Forestcraft continues to be one of the strongest classes in the meta and competitively, some in Japan are arguing it is the strongest. Ladder wise the class is more contained due to the higher skill requirements, but in tournaments it is easily the most popular class by far thanks to very strong finishers and potent tools to accelerate it's strategies while keeping the opposition in check. Plus Phantombloom Predator is just really good as well.
Death by a thousand arrows
A midrange/combo deck built around Sekka and Fairies. As strong as ever and one of the strongest decks currently in the format. Only thing holding it back is that it is fairly skill intensive. But it is quite strong as it can play aggresively with phantomblood predator. control the board with Aria and a thousand fairies and has a potent finisher in Sekka. So a very strong, if skill intensive deck.

While on paper, the idea should work, it fails due to a lack of buildup, further highlighting Aang's inability to act - something the discussion with the past Avatars actually spells out rather clearly, as Aang refuses to listen even when every other Avatar is telling him it's okay to kill Ozai and that he should.
Now usually, people tend to say that if Lion Turtles were established more beforehand, then the events of the finale would function correctly... right?
Well, technically, yes...but it still wouldn't work. The real problem with the Lion Turtles isn't necessarily the fact that Aang is given cosmic cheat codes, but that it comes at the cost of his agency. Once again, Aang runs away from the dilemma of taking a life, and instead the perfect solution is tossed into his lap by a third party. Aang does not earn this. Aang does not struggle or work for this. Aang does not tirelessly search for this. Aang once again runs from the conflict, something that's consistently displayed over and over and over again.
The other major problem also lies in the fact that Lion Turtles, by existing, essentially prove that Aang's "Truth" he wields as a character (his pacifism, his refusal towards violence and killing) is dangerously and incompetently useless by nature of his surroundings and how the narrative actively frames his idealistic perspective as naive or sheltered at best, arrogant and condescending and sanctimonious at worst (as seen with the Southern Raiders), and unfortunately, totally useless in a general context being that the Fire Nation as led by Ozai is attempting to violently conquer the world and genocide anything in their path.
Aang is hardly, if ever, given a chance to prove that his perspective towards conflict is possible or probable. If laid out like a philosophical debate, then Aang is basically not only being proven wrong at every possible scenario, but not even given a chance to prove that his way works or the gumption to try even in spite of the hand he's been given. And at worst, is basically shown prioritizing having a clean conscience instead of doing the right thing.

... keep reading on reddit ➡Damn, I didn't realize how brutal and violent Kazumasa actually was during his days as the Butcher of Iki. No wonder that he and Shimura often argued about the samurai methods: Kazumasa had one hell of a reputation.
The way I see it, Kazumasa and Shimura are on different ends of the spectrum:
Shimura being the representation of the rigidity of the samurai code and loyalty to the shogun, all to save face and lead by an "honorable" example with the hope of maintaining peace within Tsushima, given its past history. The problem is, it creates unnecessary and unwanted casualties all because we want to make "proper" examples. This is what led to Ryuzo's betrayal and Yarikawa's distrust towards the samurai.
...While Kazumasa deviates from this and creatively uses fear and terror to effectively get the job done in Iki and try and uphold order. Although this is an effective method, it antagonized the samurai in the Raiders' perspective, so "peace" was never really established, only more and more bloodshed. The Yarikawa Rebellion is no exception.
Which is why I like Jin as a character. He learned from both Shimura and Kazumasa's ordeals and traits while upholding his own sense of honor: Protecting the people. No loyalty to a master, no reliance on terror towards the people to send a statement. One of the unsung heroes of Jin's character development has to be his mother. She taught him kindness and compassion first before he was sent to the frontlines by his father and uncle. Her influence is most likely what made Jin define his own concept of honor, and that very concept of honor was what the island needed.
In the end, not only did Jin defeat the Mongols and save his home, he won the hearts of the people of Tsushima and taught them to rely on themselves. (Although the poison thing, that's kind of a double-edged sword.)

For context I'm a Refuse Driver (Garbage man) & today I was on food waste. After I'd tipped I was checking the wagon for any defects when I spotted a lone pea balanced on the lifts.
I said "hey look, an escaPEA"

Chapter Thirteen –
Aelara Cha’drilla took a sip of her drink as she kept her eyes on both of her targets.
She had positioned herself in a corner of this small human restaurant that provided a clear view of both the main entrance and exit as well as both of the targets. They were currently sitting together at a table and talking over a plate of food that was advertised as a Human-Shil’vati fusion. The two of them seemed to be enjoying the food and the plates were half empty. There was no alcohol in sight, but it was only one in the afternoon, and it wouldn’t do good for one of her targets if they turned out to be a drunk.
Not that it seemed like the case. Said target was male and quite fit for human standards. He had chosen to wear a normal looking shirt in navy blue that had some stitched logo on it. There was also a light jacket that he had draped over the back of his chair and a baseball cap on his head. His pants were completely ordinary, and his shoes looked well worn. Seemingly normal for a human.
This human male’s date was a Shil’vati woman. She was almost twenty years old and those stupid gold capped tusks that all youth seemed to favor, something showy and completely meaningless. Her black hair was combed and curled in a way that made them almost shine in the light and the curls looked as if they were soft to the touch. It was full and luscious kind of hair that reached her shoulders and framed her face.
She was beautiful, gorgeous, maybe the daughter of the Goddess herself!
Okay, she wasn’t that beautiful, but she did look good.
Aelara should hope, she spent the better part of day preparing the girl for this date.
Said girl was wearing casual wear for this date, something subtle and unassuming, with hints of wealth here and there but nothing to gaudy that it was off-putting. Males were finicky like that and even though the date was a human, old habits die hard, and their mother’s training was drilled into the heads. And no one wanted to upset their father, and he certainly was pushing them all for grandchildren, but Tsulara could handle that front for now.
At the moment, Aelara just had to make sure that the operation didn’t end in a total disaster and seeing as both of her targets were having what looked like an enjoyable lunch, she’d say that her little sister was doing fine so far.

Rhesus’ Roster
A Total War Saga: TROY – Rhesus & Memnon DLC introduces Rhesus, the Mighty Thracian king, determined to unite the fierce mountain tribes of the forested valleys of Thrace. The Thracians are known for their war-like culture and are famous for their mighty chariots. Hungry for conquest, these armies are charging into battle and eager to repel the Achaeans in aid of Troy.
Rhesus of Thrace is a faction that relies on strong early engagements and decisive charges. His units are predominantly without shields; however, they have good chargers, good armour-piercing and excellent morale. He has a strong shock infantry lineup and a strong chariot presence.
His units aren’t the fastest, but he has a variety of new unit abilities that help him compensate:
- Furious charge – an ability that applies flanking penalties to the enemy even when charged head-on
- Titanismos – a debuff war cry that lowers enemy Melee Defence and Attack
- Last Stand – an ability that improves defense of the unit and makes it go berserk when it has low health
- Barbed Whips – an ability that temporarily improves a chariot’s speed at the cost of its health
They have many strengths in battle, including:
- Very hard-hitting shock infantry
- A variety of mid to late game debuffs to enemy effectiveness
- Excellent variety of chariots, including a super-heavy chariot, suitable for prolonged engagements
- Excellent quality first tier "Highland" units
- Excellent morale and health values
Some of their weaknesses are:
- Poor long range missile capabilities – no slingers and poor archers
- Poor selection of shielded units – the entire roster is very susceptible to missile fire

Melee Units
Plainsmen
These units are very lightly armoured with decent melee defence and morale but appalling melee attack and damage. The job of these units in the early game is to occupy the attention of the enemies until the quality or quantity of the player's other units beats him.
Thracian Spearmen
These units are the backbone of the standard Thracian army. They have good health, armour and melee defence, also excellent morale.
Thracian Guards
These units are an upgrade on the Thracian Spearmen unit. They have excellent armour and melee defence, but very poor offensive stats and speed. Their morale is the same as the Thracian Spearmen.
