I just watched this fight for the first time earlier this week (without knowing the result ahead of time!), and was shocked to see the fight stopped with mere seconds left. In searching the forum, I can't find any thread in this forum analyzing this decision from the past three years, so I was very curious to start a discussion and see what you all think. Did Richard Steele make the right call? Or should the fight have continued?

So far as I'm aware, Steele remains in the UK. Is Burr of the opinion that he has extra-territorial powers? It seems odd to make threats like that to a foreign national ordinarily domiciled overseas. Otherwise, is this just domestic posturing for partisan reasons?
