A list of puns related to "Richard Herring's Interview Podcasts"
Quite a funny interview from 2019. He has some hilarious non sequiturs at the end which gives a bit of a peek into his personality and performance on NYT.
First come, first serve.
Guests are Dave Gorman and Phil Wang.
7.30pm at Leicester Square Theatre TONIGHT.
I can send you the two PDF tickets, for free, no catch just can't make it anymore and shame to see them go to waste!
It came out last week but I only got around to listening to the latest RHLSTP with Louise Wener but at the beginning he polls the audience about who will win the Taskmaster Champion of Champions II.
There's also a story about his wearing (or not) lucky pants during the recording.
There's a lot to love in it for Taskmaster fans, of course, so definitely keep an eye out for the actual release. You can still pay to see the unedited stream up until Thursday.
Especially James roasting Richard for how he approached the tasks.
I've been a fan of Richard Herring for a very long time now, and love RHLSTP. Even so, I downloaded the first Stone Clearing episode thinking it would be a funny, jokey spoof, and after 10 minutes the subject would dry up. Nope, my interest hasn't waned and it's surprisingly deep and philosophical (in a Richard Herring way). But shhh, don't tell anyone, it's a secret.
It's made me want to move to the English countryside so I can spend my Sunday mornings clearing stones from an unsuspecting farmer's field.
Just found out on Richard's Twitter - https://twitter.com/Herring1967/status/1268177108435701762
It'll be broadcast live on his Twitch channel - https://www.twitch.tv/rkherring
EDIT: It's been postponed
It is the highlight of my week and Iβve found nothing that quite βdoes itβ for me in the same way. I have listened to most twice and have probably had to abandon less than twenty of them midway mainly due to dislike of the guest or just a sense they had nothing really to say(which is a good strike rate in a library of 246 episodes so far; and a good few guests I thought Iβd really dislike I ended up really enjoying). Stuart Goldsmith is great, but his style is not for me and he wants to get too deep (which is more or less his stated aim so I canβt really complain). Iβd love something in the same realm as RHLSTP. Iβd skew βUKβ in my tastes, but would absolutely love a recommendation for a similar show from there or elsewhere.
I have a spare ticket for RHLSTP at the Birmingham Town Hall on March 28th if anyone is interested? Free to a good home
