I don't claim to have a good understanding or appreciation for architecture, but this seems to be straight out of a 90's version of SimCity!

I can teach myself just wanna know how hard it is
Did they regard it as a controversial outcome, or the system working as it had been designed, or something else?
Title.
Basically, I'm looking to move into the Boston metro area soon to be closer to work and farther from mom and dad. Quincy looks extremely affordable as long as I have enough roommates to fill bedrooms, and its proximity to the coast and to different green spaces is wicked appealing. It's a little farther removed from downtown than I'd like, but no moreso than the Allston-Brighton that I'd probably be moving to otherwise, and at least in Quincy I don't have to deal with the green line.
So, what's the catch? Everything has to be cheap for a reason, right? Is Quincy gross/boring/something else bad? Is it more of a family place? Will myself and my 4 other male college grad roommates be out of place? I don't need to be in a neighborhood with constant partying, but I don't want to be the ire of my neighbors for drinking, etc.
Help me, oh good Quincy folk. Will I be bored to death if I move into Quincy? Will I be hated by my neighbors? Or is it really the inexpensive post-collegiate dreamland that it so wistfully appears to be?
Has anyone gone and gotten a well paying job? how much debt are you in? i'm considering going and transferring to Umass. Any degree recommendations for this city? i'm an older student and also curious as to how many loans and grants i may receive?

Jennifer Kabura Mbugua was 31 at the time of her disappearance. Jennifer migrated from Kenya to Massachusetts in 2001. She went to Quincy College for nursing school and received her Massachusetts Practical Nursing License in 2005. She was working as an LPN at a nursing agency at the time of her disappearance. Jennifer is described as a black female. She is 5'3β and was 140 lbs. at the time of her disappearance. She would be 39 years old today.
From Jennifer's Charley Project page:
βMbugua was last seen by a neighbor outside her apartment building in the 500 block of south Main Street in Fall River, Massachusetts, on May 27, 2014. The neighbor saw her inside her car, shuffling papers. She left all her belongings behind, including her wallet and driver's license, has never been heard from again.
On May 28, her gray Toyota Camry was found abandoned behind a Shell gas station off Route 1 in North Attleboro, Massachusetts, near Route 295. It had apparently been left there between midnight and 3:00 a.m. Her keys and one of her sandals were in a nearby dumpster.
Mbugua was born in Kenya and moved to Massachusetts in 2001. First she lived in the city of Taunton, then she moved to Fall River in 2012. Two of her sisters also live in Massachusetts and the rest of her family lives in Kenya.
Mbugua worked as a licensed practical nurse at various nursing homes at the time of her disappearance, but was considering a career change. She enjoys reading, writing, music and nature, particularly the beach, and she was involved in her church. Her case remains unsolved.β
An NBC article dated august 2014 reported the following:
βJennifer Mbugua had recently moved. Her landlord refused to let police or her family inside her apartment when she disappeared. The next day he packed up all of her things and moved her out.β
If you have any information about Jennifer's disappearance please call Fall River or North Attleboro police.

My take home pay each month will be around $4050
Rent: $1375 Utilities: $100 Renters ins: $20 Parking garage spot: $150 Car Ins: $175 Gas: $35 Grocery: $350 Monthly T pass: $90 Minimum student loan payment: $200 Netflix/Spotify/Misc: $55
Leftover for saving and fun spending: $1500
My company will pay for my phone and the apartment complex has a nice gym. And my car is paid off. Iβm new to the area so Iβm wondering how accurate and realistic this budget is.
Fallout 4 PSA: You are not a synth!
Hi! Iβm just here to tell you that you arenβt a synth and explain in no uncertain terms why that is
the case. Honestly, the theory that Fallout 4βs player character, the Sole Survivor, is a synth? I expected that to die out years ago. But weβve got some really large and impressive mods that have this faulty assumption baked into their story, so Iβm here to set the record straight.
But before I do that, Iβd like to discuss why this theory is so appealing to a large swath of the player base and, as such, refuses to die.
Skipping over the obvious benefit of role-playing the Terminator, quite a few people do not want to play as Nate or Nora. It...really is that simple. The story proceeds as if the SS is one, specific character. Probably has four in all Special stats. It does not care if you have 10 Intelligence with a maxed out Science perk, Justin Ayo will still decry your lack of scientific credentials. It does not matter if you are currently wearing power armor, Finn will still try to mug you and get wasted by Hancock. It does not matter if you just walk past Piper and the Mayor while they are having their argument, you will still have Story of the Century dropped into your quest log.
Donβt get me wrong, Fallout 4 is a game of choices. The game is filled with questions of your allegiance. Do you side with the iron men crewing the USS constitution or betray them to the scavengers? Do you help Bobbi No-Nose steal from Hancock to gratify her envy or do you reward her with a traitorβs death? The biggest of these is the Synth question; is honoring their inalienable rights a worthy trade-off for scientific progress? Are they too dangerous to be kept alive to begin with? Or are their rights a necessary sacrifice to build a brighter future?
But none of these decisions are the players.
These decisions are Nateβs or Noraβs.
If Fallout 4 was filled with dialogue checks, the four options you get constantly changing and switching up depending on your SPECIAL stat allocation and perks obtained, the general opinion of Fallout 4βs story would be much more positive. Because then these decisions would feel like the playerβs decision.
But itβs the same dialogue every single time.
Going with the assumption that the Player Character is a synth is a rebellion against this idea that youβre a grieving parent searching for their child and nothing else. Against this set of rails youβve been bolted to. That your character was prog

Pick 4: Kyle Pitts (A)
Great player who looks everything as advertised when he went for 129 yards against Alabama and a team stacked with great prospects had absolutely no answer for him, consider him a TE or WR it doesnβt matter there isnβt 3 defensive NFL players that have the ability to go 1 on 1 with him once he figures everything out, exactly what you want from a top 5 pick these picks should always be a hit as the talent should be there.
Positional Draft Class PFF Rank (1/14)
Alternative picks: Ja'marr Chase, Micah Parsons.
Round 2:
Pick 40: Richie Grant (D-)
After trading down 5 places (gaining a 4th round pick) and missing out on Jevon Holland & Landon Dickerson they selected Richie Grant who has failed to make any impact on a struggling defense as per DC Pees he βDoesnβt know the playbookβ however he was out snapped in the final game (65 snaps vs 22 snaps) by Shawn Williams who was signed to the teams practice squad in week 2 so that is a huge area of concern if after an entire year he has not learnt the playbook yet while many others have been brought in and relied on. A top 50 pick should be an impact player as many of the players drafted around him have been great for the team, I wouldnβt rely on Grant being a long term player on the Falcons as this is a bad look as he will be turning 25 next year which is old for a Rookie so without being plug and play it is a horrible pick.
Positional Draft Class PFF Rank 28/42
Alternative picks: Trevon Moehrig, Asante Samuel Jr., Azeez Ojulari, Jeremiah Owusu-Koramoah, Creed Humphrey.
Round 3:
Pick 68: Jalen Mayfield (F)
One of the worst players in the NFL this year, the only guard who let 10+ Sacks and had a PFF Grade of 49.3 (ranked 83rd out of 90 Guards) a player who played RT in college but his physical limitations (Strength & Length) made it so his Pro Position would be in the interior as he would struggle with NFL Edge Rushers. His transition to Guard however could not have gone worse being a liability on offense in the passing game and the run game, he struggled anchoring against bull rushers, struggled against speed moves on the inside, his feet were slow, he had trouble with twists and blitzers often missing his assignment, he also regularly lost his hand speed and they would get lazy. As this shows he has everything to improve upon however with his inability to deal with the power of NFL players his physical limitations will make it that at

First of all, dad jokes CAN be NSFW, it clearly says so in the sub rules. Secondly, it doesn't automatically make it a dad joke if it's from a conversation between you and your child. Most importantly, the jokes that your CHILDREN tell YOU are not dad jokes. The point of a dad joke is that it's so cheesy only a dad who's trying to be funny would make such a joke. That's it. They are stupid plays on words, lame puns and so on. There has to be a clever pun or wordplay for it to be considered a dad joke.
Again, to all the fellow dads, I apologise if I'm sounding too harsh. But I just needed to get it off my chest.
Here's a list of current famous attendees you might go to college with next year. Also, '22s will have just graduated, but close enough so I'm leaving them in.
