A list of puns related to "Professor X The Overseer"
βI am here. I have always been hereβ
As we all know, HoX #2 was highlighted in red and it gave us the Moira X retcon. This weekβs HoX #5 was also highlighted red, and while it was certainly significant issue, I believe the resurrection reveal itself wasnβt the true BIG reveal here. I mean, we all knew our X-Men were coming back. The real reveal was in the details. Particularly this excerpt from the pages where the resurrection process is explained:
> [NOTE: There has been no experimentation regarding what happens when you combine a mutant MIND with a HUSK that is not their own.]
I believe this is foreshadowing that βProfessor Xβ is actually Moira in an Xavier husk.
I think the red highlights, in addition to denoting issues of importance, also mark issues in which we learn something big about Moira. HoX #2 was all about Moira. In HoX #5 sheβs nowhere to be seen; she hasnβt been seen at any point in the X^1 story from HoX. Or has she? Weβve all been wondering where Moira X is, but she already told us sheβs here! Sheβs always been here. Right in front of us the entire time, since the first pages of HoX #1. The very first thing we see. (Also, take note of βXavierβsβ somewhat feminine posture in the birthing pod scene, birth being a female biological function, and Moira likely being βMotherβ from the X^2 timeline.)
And based on the cover for PoX #6 (the final issue highlighted in red), it stands to reason that she will feature prominently in that issue as well.
This next excerpt, from the first data page of HoX #2, might be potentially huge:
> ... which eventually led to Moira being pushed in the direction of academia. A life of the mind.
I can see no reason for Hickman having that last sentence in bold lettering. Is Hickman hinting that Moira is literally βliving a life of the mindβ? A mind in a Charles Xavier husk? Something we donβt notice at first because we think heβs just alluding to her career in academia and reincarnating with the same mind?
Even the name Moira X is a hint; itβs just a straight up combination of βMoira MacTaggertβ and βProfessor Xβ.
Lastly, a quote from Professor X from the epitaph in PoX #2:
> You must see now there is no you and I, there is only us. We are together, or we are nothing.
Another hint to Moira and Xavier being βoneβ? Iβm probably reaching on this one but I just thought Iβd include it, what with all the references to βmutants as oneβ, singularities, and hive m

The Join Forces node is on the main event page and there are no wave nodes. Sub 2 is the most confusingly laid out of any sub-events (Florida) and here is map for how to clear it. A red Wolfsbane cover is available as a progression reward in SCL7+.

This is from a Jim Lee interview in Marvel Age #104. It was for the launch of "X-Men" in 1991, which was also a relaunch the character. Prof X had been absent from the X-men books for several years prior to this (as he was off in the Shiar galaxy)
This is the 4-day version of this event and starts with a 48-hour sub followed by two 24-hour subs. You have Maggia and the Hand goons on day one and add in H.A.M.M.E.R. goons in the remaining subs. The Hood is the only tile-mover until the final day which has cameos from a wide assortment of heroes and villains. The 5* essential node in SCL7+ is particularly difficult as it features a team with a lot of synergy: Black Bolt, Medusa, and Lockjaw.
The Join Forces nodes are on the sub-event pages. Wave nodes are T3/H2/3E on day one and two, T3/H3/3E on day three and four. A yellow Mysterio cover is available as a progression reward in SCL7+.

As a kid, I couldn't help but wonder how Professor Utonium's famous experiment might have turned out if he hadn't accidentally added a strong dose of Chemical X to his mixture of sugar, spice, and everything nice. After all, if he was smart enough to figure out a working Chemical formula for "the perfect little girls", why couldn't he have attempted the procedure more than once? And what exactly would "the perfect little girls" really look like?
But maybe we already found out in another famous Cartoon Network show from the same era. Maybe at some point before the birth of the Powerpuff Girls, a kindly suburban couple from outside of Townsville was futilely trying to have a baby, and they went to him for help. Maybe he actually took pity on them and agreed to make them the perfect daughter in his laboratory. And maybe they named their young daughter "Dee Dee".
Yes, it sounds batty, but keep in mind: it's pretty well-established that Dexter's Lab and Powerpuff Girls take place within the same loosely defined universe. Dexter may never have teamed up with the girls against Mojo Jojo, but there are a few notable recurring characters who show up in both shows. Dexter was a big fan of the superheroes "The Justice Friends" (Major Glory, Valhallen, and the Infraggable Krunk), and two of the three Justice Friends showed up in the Powerpuff Girls episode "Members Only" as members of the Association of World Super Men. There were also the dimwitted kids' show hosts "The Puppet Pals" (Puppet Pal Mitch and Puppet Pal Clem), who both Dee Dee and the Powerpuff Girls enjoyed watching.
And consider what we know about Dee Dee: she's a comically sweet and innocent girl, her parents treat her as the perfect child (even though they don't always appreciate Dexter), and she's as different from her younger brother Dexter as it's possible to beβmaking you wonder sometimes if they really are biologically related. She also always wears one color (pink), she hangs out with two other similarly-named girls (Mee Mee and Lee Lee) with their own color-coded wardrobes, and her big blue eyes and blonde pigtails might even remind you of a certain Powerpuff Girl. Appearance-wise, she could easily be Bubbles' older sister. And if it really were possible to create a human girl from sugar, spice, and everything nice, it's not hard to imagine that she might look and act a bit like Dee Dee.
But above all: despite her sweet personality, Dee Dee seems to have a particular aptitu

I'm a "collect everything x-men" guy who tries to maintain a sense of what the continuity order of it all is (even though it's basically impossible).
Something I've more or less never heard of until now is the series of low-cost issues from the 90s "Professor Xavier and the X-Men".
Do these stories have any type of continuity associated with them - and if so where would they slot in?
616 Professor X uses his telepathy to try and defeat the PC/Rebirth Justice League (the most popular 7) individually.
Which members successfully manage to withstand his telepathic assault and which fail?
"Unfortunately, there are no makeup assignments.Β You were notified of the activity in at least six different ways so I'm unsure how you missed it.Β It was part of last week's module, listed in the module's Goals & Objectives, listed under "Coming Up" on the Canvas home page, listed in the Canvas calendar, mentioned in the weekly video I sent out, and I sent out a email reminder on Sunday before it was due."
I can't wait to hear how this is still my fault and their ignorance is justified... /cry
When I was fast travelling to Vault 76 to get to Death Claw island, I noticed a high level hanging out at the Overseer's camp. I decided to see whats so important over there. I was not dissapointed when I saw what he was doing over there. Meet .BEAN, he's a high level like me, a bit bored of the game. Instead of posting on reddit about how boring his game is, he decided to have a bit of creativity and welcome people into the game. He set up his C.A.M.P right through the bridge leading to the Overseer's camp.
Folks we all know there will be X-Men, Fantastic Four, and Deadpool in the MCU thanks to the Fox-Disney deal its relatively easy to explain why we haven't seen Fantastic Four yet (Quantum Realm to be precise) and Deadpool already knows the MCU heroes (Deadpool 2 contained mentions of MCU characters) but for X-Men it's really a lot of lore to try to fit in into an established universe which is why there have been many theories as to why there's no mutants/X-Men in the MCU but among the popular ones its that Charles Xavier erased humanity's memory of mutants a long time ago to protect his species from a hostile mankind and to ensure no further conflicts between humans and mutants ever occur as well as placing a self-imposed exile to a secret location like say Genosha (I was inspired by CinemAddix's X-Men/Fantastic Four introduction video good stuff to check out). To me the "Professor X Mindwipe" theory is my favorite way of explaining why the X-Men/mutants have not been seen for a few reasons:
So guys and ga

Just rewatching X-Men apocalypse (doesn't matter if you think it's good or bad) and the question popped in my mind. He can use his abilities to make others move and do whatever he wants (using broader spectrum here, not just based on the movies), couldn't he channel this energy to walk?
I've recently realized that Prof X isn't just the kindly old mentor of the X-Men. What're some of the not so nice things Professor X has done over the years?
