Hi everyone, hope yall safe. I´m portuguese and I belive that my country have a lot of potencial but I dont see anyone doing saves here so i'll post some interesting clubs and why you should manage them.
We have 4 competitions (league, cup, league cup and supercup) and the registration is very loose
On the 4th tier you have belenenses, one of the few with a 1st division title beside the big3 and also some cups, they fall because of financial problems
On the 3rd you have vitoria FC, a club that used to be a club that was firmly in the 1st, it wasnt strong but also wasnt weak, it has some history and some cups; oriental dragon, it hasnt any history but has a cool name, almost all of their players are chinese and some people say that have connections with the chinese mafia.
On the 2nd you have casa pia, it doesnt have big titles but like 100y ago was one of the biggest clubs in the capital, way before the begining of the league; Rio Ave, last year was in the playoff for the europe league, lost in the penalties for milan and was a hard team to play against, the big3 sometimes losed points to them, but somehow ended in the 2nd. they dont have important titles but i think that is a cool club that was in the europe sometimes. Estrela da Amadora, has a cup won in the 80s, they went extint then some fans from it created a club based on estrela, then they merged with another club and now they are in the 2nd and have a cool kit. Academica, it has 2 cups, the last one 10y ago (won against my club :'( ), based in the city of the students, is a cool club
In the 1st, Paços Ferreira, is a club who once was played the playoff of champions, is a mid table club. Maritimo, is from the islands, it would be cool the won with a club from there. Boavista, the black panthers, once a big club that won the league 20y ago, fell to the 3rd due to corruption some years ago but now they are back, it also has some cups. Vitoria SC/ Braga, they play in the same region, being braga the strongest (the 4th big), both have cups and are the closest to the big3.
The big3 are also cool to play but too easy, porto has 2 champions (the last one in 2004 with mourinho) and a europa league (won against braga), benfica has also 2 and is the club with the most league titles and an amazing academy. sporting (my club) won the league after 20y) and players like Figo and Ronaldo are from our academy.
