Got this painting as a present for my 30th birthday from my cousin who is a concept artist for Warhorse Studios and Kingdom Come: Deliverance. I love that Polish-esk landscape with small details like field poppies around the road and also that Geralt has my favourite outfit from The Witcher 1.
In that famous poppy-field scene in Wizard of Oz, the snow coming down is calming to Dorothy and her posse. But they should probably have been far less relaxed as these were actually asbestos-based fake snowflakes—a popular Christmas decoration throughout the United States and Europe at the time.

We didn't know it was published in Nat Geo until a family friend showed my Grandfather and Great Uncle. They cried because she didn't make it out of the country and they didn't have any pictures of her.
