I’d say it’s between Rolf, Johnny, and Nazz. Personally I’d say Johnny since he generally likes the Ed’s unless they push him or try to get over on him with their scams. He also tries to save them on some occasions such as when he put the hammer in the cake when Kevin embedded them into a concrete block.
All the kids in the Ed Edd n Eddy universe seem to have excessive non human strength. However Here is my ranking from strongest to weakest. I’ve also organized it into tiers
A tier - These kids have strength that exceeds the others and have shown on one or more occasion to lift astronomically heavy objects with ease
1.) Ed - undoubtedly the strongest kid in the cul de sac. He’s been seen displaying Superman levels of strength by lifting and throwing virtually anything with ease. And let’s not even talk about when he gets a pebble in his shoe. He is invincible, not to be messed with. Even Sarah is well aware of this
2.) The Kankers - I grouped them together because I don’t think there’s much difference between their strength levels. Although Lee Kanker seems to possibly be the strongest of the 3 by a hair . The entire cul de sac fears them and they are older as well. They’ve been seen handling the cul de sac kids with ease.
3.) Rolf - Rolf’s strength level is only really shown when he’s angry. He’s been seen picking up and throwing entire trees and pulverizing the Ed’s when they agitate him. Although I notice what he makes up for in strength, he lacks in agility and athleticism since he seems to lose fighting matches against Kevin .
4.) Sarah - Like her brother, Sarah seems to be pick up and throw things with ease (I guess Superman strength runs in the family ). In addition to Kevin and the Kankers, she is the also main pulverizer of the Ed’s. We’ve also seen her lift an entire car and smash Nazz with it . I would’ve liked to see her have a brawl with Kevin but they seem to get along (and may possibly even have small crush on one another ?
B tier - Stronger than the average kid but don’t compare in strength to A tier. Make up for their lack of A tier strength with agility, quickness, and/or athleticism
5.) Kevin - Some may think he needs to be higher but I don’t think he’s stronger than the kids above. He is simply more athletic and agile so I thinks it works in his favor when he’s fighting people like Rolf. But other than that he has slightly above the typical Peach Creek kid strength.
6.) Eddy - Like Kevin, I think Eddy is pretty agile and quick. Seriously Eddy is always jumping or running somewhere . I think he uses this to his advantage. We’ve also seen Eddy attack Johnny and bury him in the ground and hold his own with Kevin at times

I'm in Fairfield County, CT. The walkway lights (in my section of units, one of 12,) have all been out for 6 days now - seems like it's a switch or fuse, since all the bulbs would not burn out at once. I've been emailing the property management company and asking them to please have these lights fixed, as it's *ridiculously* dark out around the property now - no street lights in the cul-de-sacs - and there are many of us who walk our dogs after dark in the evenings, as well as just coming and going.The responses from property management are dismissive, mostly saying it's "hard to schedule an electrician with all the rain lately." We haven't exactly had non-stop rain, there have been several days that were completely dry and a few with occasional rain.I don't want to "threaten" the prop. mgmt company, so how can I convince them that they need to follow up with the supposedly-very-busy electrician company to get them to make a service call?
