Had a tasty wine a few days ago but canβt for the life of me remember what itβs called. I have already checked the online wine list of the restaurant I was at and found an outdated list, and I donβt have the bill. I checked the wine section on the website of my local wine store, at Target, did a lot of Googlingβ¦ nothing!
It was a pinot noir and it had a black label with light text and was covered in red machinery, or pulley systems and scaffolding. The name I believe started with M.
It wasnβt an overly expensive wine, but it wasnβt dirt cheap.
If it matters, this was in the American Midwest. I donβt recall where the winery was located, but most likely it was an American wine, as the restaurant we were at was a steakhouse that featured mostly local brands and food.
Would it even be possible as it would take days to thaw...
I donβt know how long the trend has been, I started noticing that Pinot Noir is being turned into a white wine of itβs own and I want to get your thoughts on this. My real question is if any of you took the Italian Wine Scholar and how are the course was.
Hey can anyone suggest good Pinot Noir wines that are less bitter and have more flavor profile like berries, vanilla etc ?
