I just had a huge brainwave…hear me out.
$BB has a number of outstanding patent infringement lawsuits open. Though FB may have settled, and will likely be part of this consortium about to buy “well over 30,000” $BB patents, others patent lawsuits continue to drag on. Many are likely actively leaning in $BB’s favour, so, it got me thinking, how will $BB monetize these if they’re about to sell off their patent monetization / enforcement business?
It’s highly plausible that many of the parties / infringers that are in a losing battle will sign into this consortium, which is a fantastic opportunity to settle at a fair rate rather than continue their defence against the larger consortium in the future.
So, as a result I’m starting this thread to document all the open and valuable lawsuits that $BB has open and is actively pursuing in court. Please add to the list with a link.
