The Peter Wolfe rankings are listed in the official NCAA Record Book as a "major selection". This means that their rankings are considered legitimate national title selectors by the NCAA itself.
If these rankings hold, UCF might have a legitimate claim to a national title, not just on the grounds on being undefeated but also on the grounds of being named as such by an NCAA-recognized national title selector.
There has not been a split title since 2003, when most selectors ranked either LSU or USC as the national champion. One selector (Berryman) ranked Oklahoma as the champion, and they are listed as such in the rulebook, but Oklahoma does not seem to have claimed it.

The Colley Matrix is now the only major selector recognized by the NCAA at all likely to rank UCF No. 1.

I could listen to Archie Goodwin talk all day, and never grow tired. I also like watching Patrick Jane in the Mentalist. I enjoy Watson and Sherlock bantering on the Elementary tv series. I liked some of Elmore Leonard's books, Get Shorty, Maximum Bob and others I can't remember.

What are your thoughts on Sergei Prokofiev’s hit classic, Peter and the Wolf? Is it to die for, a musical composition to end then all? It really is a treasure of the Russian nation IMO.
