We are new immigrant to Canada, and are expecting our first child. We don't know much about hospitals, so are wondering which one should be choose from Oakville and Burlington. Both are equal distance from us. Also, if anyone can give advice in choosing between midwife or OBGYN (gynaecologist) ?

There is a 200% of current by-law variance proposed in my neighbourhood. The concern amongst neighbours is that if someone gets approval for this "minor variance" (is 200% bigger really minor?) then anyone can point at the precedent to have their application approved. Looking for people who might sign a petition or email councillors/planners. If it can happen to us it can happen to you.
