Should the Peru-Bolivian Confederation exist in an 1836 start date?
Basically the title. The Peru Bolivian Confederation was formed after the Salaverry-Santa Cruz War (1835-1836) and was abolished after the War of the Confederation (1836-1839). Im aware that the confederation was technically made up of three independent states (North Peru, South Peru, and Bolivia), but I don’t know if that changes anything regarding the existence of the confederation as an entity. Just something I thought would be interesting to have in the game.

Curious as to what happened to the Peru-Bolivian Confederation and their status during the 20th century and Cold War.
First of all I wanna say I really enjoy the lore and that seeing a focus on LatAm in Alt History has been a dream of mine as a South American.
From what I’ve read Peru-Bolivia succeeded in not breaking up and were even part of the Pacific Theatre against Japan. But where do they go from there? Were they a destination for Asian immigrants? Did their economy grow due to well-managed natural resources? I’m eager to see their place in this world since IRL they lost their war and broke up.

Why did Central and South American regional political entities like Gran Colombia, the Federal Republic of Central America, and the Peru-Bolivian Confederation fail?
I have only an inkling of knowledge about the 19th century histories of these areas. From what I remember, in Gran Colombia's case, Bolívar's political power and health were waning when the task of nation-building came about. Was this coupled with the racial-barriers that still existed from Spanish rule?

Returning to Kaiserreich with the latest update (the one to fix it to work with 1.8.x), just wondering if the route to forming the PBC has been changed in any of the latest updates? How does one go about forming it as Peru? That's one of my favourite "spectator" nations, hence my asking.
I seem to remember something with syndicalists rising up or taking control of Bolivia. Does that still apply, or is there a diplomatic way to do so? Or simultaneously, is there no real change and just relying on the events to go your way?
