Hello!

We're looking for a physical range-flex DPS to fill our last static spot. We are looking to make quick progression, aiming for the clear by the end of the first week.

Raid Times

We are looking to go for longer hours (ie, 10 to 16 hours for a couple of days) for the first week, looking to start as the servers go up (alarm-clock raiding) -- but this is negotiable for the right people**.**

After the first week, we will dial back to a more manageable schedule for reclears and optimization etc. Lunch and dinner breaks can be discussed as a group, but will generally be longer so people can get rest.

We are looking for someone with...

• Previous week 1 raid experience, preferable in FFXIV (preferred NOT required). Raid experience in WoW or other MMOs is alright as long as you're familiar with some FFXIV mechanics or raids, too.
  • If you are new to raiding in FFXIV but have raided in other MMOs and you can alarm-clock and have week 1 off, please feel free to reach out.
• Should be able to communicate on Discord as needed. Not asking for someone who is always talking, but talk mid pull if needed (calling something out, ie provokes or missing cds, etc)
• Has a good attitude and is able to admit their mistakes and can take constructive criticism. Someone who feels comfortable taking and giving criticism as needed - we are all here to improve and clear content, so having open discussions about where/what can be optimized is always welcome.
• Someone who is willing to dedicate time outside of raid to study the fight. We are aiming for a week 1 clear, we will be progging some of the fights blind (ie mainly the first three floors). You should be open to using recourses we've created to help facilitate a faster clear to ensure we meet our goal of clearing Week 1.

We expect you to have your raid consumables available at all times. If you are not on Goblin, we expect you to have the appropriate FC buffs for raiding, if you are on Goblin, we can provide an FC for week 1 just for the buffs if you'd like.

If you are not on Crystal, but are interested - we can discuss having your server transfers paid for for trials, etc. if things don't work out.

We have ...

• Done week 1 alarm clock raiding since Stormblood, so have members who are experienced with the longer raid days, etc.
• Crafters and gatherers who can help provide materials or gear if needed.
• Members who have been in the static for a while

Exiles, have you ever heard of the song of dragons？

Introducing the most insane and strongest #1 Jewelled Foil in POE history - a legendary item "Dragon Song". How crazy this Foil is:

• Stats: 960 PDPS - 7.7% CRIT - 2.21 APS. (before "Dragon Song", the best Foil is 875 PDPS - 6.87% CRIT - 2.16 APS)
• Base: This is a famous synthesized base, which was made by TheAmigoBoyz@ back on Synthesis, and was recorded: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5W-mTsO_vF4. This base ended up being sold for 10 mirrors on Synthesis league. After passing into the hands of a few people, possibly more than 100K jagged fossils were used on it. After close to 2 years since it is made, I bought it as 11 mirrors from @tmzkdnt and finally finished the crafting by legacy Eternal Orbs.
• Crafting & Mods: This is the 1st synthesized item with both 3T1 physical prefix and essence attack speed (the 4th synthesized item with 3T1 physical prefix). The cost is tremendous. (I made Viper Blast the highest PDPS bow by ~11K exalts and I know the cost of this foil is several times of that)
• Enchantment: 15% physical -3 sockets heist enchantment with 3 white sockets kept. This is the only synthesized item in POE that has this enchant and keeps 3 sockets. (There are lots of 15% -3 non-synthesized items in Heist bypassed the sockets but the bypassing way is legacy now.) This in average would cost hundreds of Tempering Orbs, while each orb is 30+ exalts when Heist being merged.
• Divine: perfect divine and probably no need to mention as it is super easy to be acquired compared with the above.

Lastly, thanks for all the help on the crafting (especially Varga@, Plush@, RLC@). Thanks friends in TFT chat room for the advice on naming it "Dragon Song".
