In May 1983, Paul and Melody Jones had been married for two years and were living together in their small home in the rural community of Earlsboro, OK. Melody, 19, was born Melody Ann Garton and grew up in neighboring Shawnee, OK, where she was the oldest of five children. Paul, 20, was originally from Gloucester, England, and moved to Oklahoma with his family in 1976. The couple met in 1979 when Paul moved to the Shawnee area. Both Melody and Paul had jobs in the nearby town of Seminole, roughly nine miles from their home in Earlsboro; Melody worked at the local Dairy Queen and Paul worked at the Jimmie Austin Golf Course.
Earlier in 1983, the newlyweds had moved 12 miles west from Seminole to the secluded, wood-framed house just two miles north of Earlsboro. The house was nestled off of Highway 9A and a half-mile west on Benson Park Road, which divided the rural communities of Earlsboro and South Rock Creek in Pottawatomie county. The area was isolated from the town, with wooded areas and thick forest surrounding the pocket of land where the Jones’ home was located.
The Disappearance of Melody Jones
On Wednesday, May 4, 1983, Melody spent the day fishing with her parents and four younger siblings in Shawnee Twin Lakes, roughly 20 miles west of the Jones’ home in Earlsboro. Melody was close to her family, especially her little brother, Randall Garton, who was a year younger than her.
That evening, Randall drove his sister home from the fishing trip, separate from the other five members of their family. According to Randall, during the ride, Melody asked her brother if he would stay and sleepover at her home. This was a normal occurrence and Randall often stayed at the Jones’ home overnight, but this evening, he declined. Melody did not say why she wanted Randall to sleep over at her home that night.
Randall and Melody arrived at the home in Earlsboro at about 10:30 p.m. Because of the darkness of the night, Randall pulled his truck up to the back entrance of the house, so that Melody could easily go inside. He recalled seeing the inside of the home light up as Melody turned the lights on. When he saw this, Randall reversed out of the back driveway and drove to his parent's home in Shawnee. This is the last confirmed sighting of Melody Jones.
At around 11 a.m. on Thursday, May 5, Melody failed to show up to her shift at the Dairy Queen in Seminole. Because this was uncharacteristic of her, the Dairy Queen manager almost immediately became

So, Whitsun has finally begun and I noticed some new things:
- First, trading Aged Eggs with the Enthusiast of the Ancient World now only gives you 10 Bessemer Ingot against the 40 it gave last year;
- Second, Scarlet Eggs now cost 1 Ha'Penny for no apparent reason;
- Third, there's a new kind of Egg which, I think, will give us players new interesting creatures. I still have to find out anything about them, if anyone has spent Ha'Pennies to hatch them immediatly, could you please write down what you got?

Hello delicious friends, this will be the first Whitsun for the group I brought to the Neath and myself too. Is there anything we should prepare for/know ahead of time about Whitsun or do you all recommend going in blind? Almost all of us are POSI at this point if this changes anything, and none of us are Seekers, yet. We know literally nothing about Whitsun besides Eggs are kinda important.
I'm making a list of things that would be a pain to get without seasonal events, and I'm kind of on the fence for these two, since I haven't unlocked a stable farm for them as yet. Are they used in bulk anywhere?
Also, the alt success gives Sabretooth skull and Jurassic Femur.
