A list of puns related to "Party Directed Mediation"
My immediate supervising attorney was able to secure an enormous settlement this past Monday and my managing partner left the task to this very morning send me a ton of emails asking what our options are ?! It was a federal case and we had a court order basically saying it HAD to be today. Needless to say no one settled at mediation and now are essentially on our way to trial now. Anyone else sometimes shocked by how silly an attorney can be sometimes?
Hi folks, I'm new to admob, my app has few banner ads. In the course of time, after my app went live there was an ad serving limitation placed on my admob account.
Admob account status: Ad serving has been limited Issue: Account being assessed Duration: from past 2 months
Due to this I hardly have any ad impressions.
I'm not sure what are ad mediation and campaigns. Can anyone help me to understand their sole purpose and using these will it be possible to get ad impressions on my app even when I have ad serving limitation on my account.
Thanks in Advance..
THE BANK CUSTODY SERVICE has called me to let me know that they won't be able to handle the kind of volume this has already created (hundreds of calls yesterday/today). Agent M (a manager) said that they are now declining new accounts for this type of service.
The primary reason is that they really want to be able to give personalized service, but their organization is not sized to handle serious volume and given the largely manual process of dealing with Computershare, they won't be able to offer these services.
Out of courtesy to the bank, I have removed their details from this post. I hope that Apes will continue to dig and find other services that are willing to accept the Reddit Hug of Death and perform these services for this community.
As a parting gift, I've asking Fidelity on their sub if they would consider acting as a third party custodian in that way...they responded rapidly in the most ordinary business way possible, but feel free to express your interest on that thread as well.

This is not financial advice, it's the story of my experience in finding a way to DRS my IRA shares.
TLDR: Found a bank that will act as a third party custodian for my Traditional IRA and will Direct Register the shares. Computershare confirmed this is possible and TDA hinted at it as well.
I appreciate all the work that u/iamthinksnow did on the IRA transfer stuff, but I was still unconvinced that method would not result in a tax headache, especially if this all extends past the new year.
Full disclosure: While I haven't completed the whole process yet, I wanted to release my progress so far with this DD now, because other methods (EIN number/self-custody) is being touted, but I'm skeptical that is the way.
First, some definitionsโฆ
Individual Retirement Account (IRA) โ An IRA is an account set up at a financial institution that allows an individual to save for retirement with tax-free growth or on a tax-deferred basis. When held at a brokerage, the funds may be used to purchase stocks, bonds and other securities.
IRA Custodian - An IRA custodian is a financial institution that holds an account's investments for safekeeping and sees to it that
... keep reading on reddit โกFor folks direct-registering (DRS) IRA shares with Computershare (CS) through a self-directed IRA (SDIRA) using a 3rd Party Custodian (3PC), know that these shares are held in the name of the IRA with the IRA owner as a beneficiary. SDIRA shares DRSed with CS are not registered in your name. This differs from DRS of non-IRA shares with CS, where the shares are registered in your name (standard, vanilla DRS).
Under the Individual Retirement Trust Agreement required by the IRS and pursuant to IRC ยง 408, an IRA will have the following characteristics:

I've decided to switch to FAN but I'm having two different options. Using FAN directly or through mediation by platforms like applovin. Which one do you think is the best option for an app developer?
To summarize the reason for my application, I was terminated in February while I was on sick leave. My employer requested a doctors note in order to further extend my leave of absence. They gave me a deadline for 5pm February 18th, and I responded before that time stating my doctor had not yet fulfilled my request for a doctors note. Ignoring my voicemail, my former employer sent me an email telling me I was terminated. I have proof I called before the deadline and that I requested a doctors note from my doctor.
Should I wait until mediation or is there a chance I could contact the other partyโs legal council in order to settle before we go to mediation? My reasoning is that they may opt to do so in order to reduce further legal expenses.
So, the other day, I created a post with the same title over in st0nk. The reception was good, but I had named the bank that was willing to do it and over the weekend, Monday and Tuesday Reddit hugged the bank to death...
I've since removed the specific bank I used, but the first part of the post is still intact, with the path I took to determine this was possible, so perhaps take a look.
Since then I've been looking for another bank that would be able to handle Reddit level volume. Then I thought perhaps I'd engage Fidelity on their subreddit...
Not sure what the rules on cross linking to non-ape subreddit is, so here's what the post looks like:

Fidelity already responded, but if you're interested in the scenario from the first post, you might let Fidelity know that you'd be interested in that type of product from them? Fidelity can obviously handle the volume, it's just not a business they are currently conducting.
