Regarding On & Off, I'm not going to sub every episode. I'm only going to do the occasional episode when the guest(s) appeal to me, because otherwise I'm not particularly interested in the show, and I don't want to spend a week and a half on something that doesn't appeal to me. I have got a couple of episodes that I'm eyeing, but I definitely will not be taking this series on, so if anyone does want to, absolutely feel free.

For those who watched Love Actually, two of the gagmen from there also joined this variety show called Boss in the Mirror.
They worked their ass off for 3 months and boy did they get fit. At 40, too!
Reminds me of the calendar project of IC when they all tried to get in shape but on steroids.
