A list of puns related to "Pampered Chef"
Iโm in a wedding next month and just got an invitation to a bridal shower. Itโs a stock the kitchen shower and the registry is a pampered chef link. How slimey. You must purchase from pampered chef if you want to bring a gift. So gross. ๐คฎ
I just found out. I was in another room, resting because Iโm sick. She was on the phone with her mother, who she roped into ordering. I tried a couple of times to interrupt but she rebuffed me.
Thereโs no reason for this, we make plenty of money, we both have jobs. She has lots of money to do whatever she wants. Not for long, I guess.
I thought we had talked about MLMs and were both on the same page. Iโm disappointed in her and upset with the โfriendโ who recruited her.
Has anyone watched their spouse sign up for an MLM, while already knowing where it leads?
My good friend got hooked into a pampered chef party. She posted o swear in the group. Yeah so I didnโt wanna do this and no one is f&&&&ng ordering this mlm c๐ฉ๐ฉ๐ฉp. I was dying w laughter
"Just lock his teeth in there and twist," one of the happy women said as they started to demonstrate the Apple Peeler, Corer, Slicer.
I was gifted a Pampered Chef quick cooker for Christmas this year. Iโm assuming that instant pot recipes are the same for the QC, right? My only issue so far has been that any time it asks you to put the food on the trivet, the trivet that came with my QC has gaps too large for most food to stay on top of it without falling into the pot, especially after cooking related shrinkage (insert Seinfeld joke here). The IP trivet doesnโt look to be much better. How do you keep foods like sliced potatoes from falling into the liquid? The PC site doesnโt seem to offer any alternative trivets, just the steamer baskets.
They have good quality products, and I had fun going to the meeting and getting new recipes. The biggest drawback was the pressure to keep hitting up my friends and family to have parties. Iโm not much of a people person, so I wasnโt very good at that aspect of it. I hated that part of it. I think I only had like, two really good parties, and three minimum parties. All in all, in two years, I only made probably less than $200.
My boyfriendโs mom is a distributor and sheโs been doing it for a about 2 years by now. Sheโs been relatively successful and has an down line of 100 people and sheโs also a director or something like that. I donโt know that exact titles, She won a trip to the Bahamas she went on this august. Iโm just curious if itโs bad and she could risk getting in debt. She spends most of her time doing it from home. I personally do not know enough about pampered chef to hold a valid opinion. Sheโs try to allude of me doing it, and Iโm like nope. Since I think mlms can be sketch.
Like...that's about it. I did some googling and couldn't find much (I'm at work right now so I'll probably do more of a deep dive when i get home). My mum isn't an idiot, I'd hope she'd do her research beforehand, but I mostly just want to know if I should be worried.
I already texted her asking her about it telling her I'm pretty sure it's an MLM and these are scammy but she's insisting it's legit. She keeps saying that the products are great but like...doesn't make it less of a scam? I guess I'm just worried. Help. (I also don't know why she invited me considering I live 800 k away from her like..are you already that desperate?)
I travel a lot and always have a bunch of hotel key cards, they make great free scrapers for kitchen and bathroom cleanup that scrape off stuck on food or toothpaste and doesn't scratch pans or counter surfaces.
I liked the Pampered Chef scrapers but they're expensive. Bonus, you can throw them out if they get gross.
Clearly my cousin is using my Aunt's account to invite people to her virtual "pampered chef parties", and has been posting how desperate she is to make her sales minimum or she'll "lose her business".
At this point I hope she does, because pimping your business with your DEAD MOTHER'S account is fucking sick.
Had to vent somewhere, just blows my mind.
How can i talk to her about this? Are there resources or statistics I can use to show her that itโs not profitable and a waste of her time? Iโm sad because sheโs actually super smart and like my favourite person ever and I donโt want to see her sink money into this and then lose it but I also donโt want to come across as rude because I love her lots and donโt want to offend her over it
So someone I know wanted me to join a virtual pampered chef party and I was curious so I joined the live stream.
The hun in question was hosting a cooking live stream and all of the cooking utensils are of course from Pampered Chef. However the hun had lost the recipe so she was just guessing. She was attempting to make egg rolls but she was complaining about how strange the ingredients are, about how she had to buy "expensive" stuff like a yellow onion. She also thought she would be funny and make fun of the host for having slow internet because she lived in a rural area. She also said "I don't know where you live anymore (hosts name) you move around too dang much.". It felt like the hun was trying to be funny and witty but it came off as rude. The hun also made fun of herself but it came off as a "I'm going to degrade myself so others complement me." When I suggested using pickled garlic as a substitute for garlic I was told that picked garlic sounded disgusting and to stay away from her.
I had to leave the stream because I was getting second hand embarrassment from the hun. I hate to make fun of someone's cooking skills but seriously she had no idea how to cook Asian food and she was butchering it. Like if she had taken some time before the stream started to get her recipe out, ingredients sorted and utensils where she could easily find them it would have gone better. I know these poor Huns have literally zero training in sales but making fun of potential customers is no way to make sales.
