A list of puns related to "Palladium Games"
Hafa Adai gamers. I am hoping to connect with others starting or running a campaign I can join. I have HU and VU material and am pretty adaptable. I have not used roll20/discord extensively, but am willing to put in the work to get up to speed on the tech side.
I am on U.S. Mountain Standard time, but available during the day as well as evening. I am Flexible and enjoy good improv/humor while playing.
Reply here or send me a DM please! Until I find a group, I am building characters and running light sessions with my boys (9,5).
Thursday evenings over Discord voice chat. No Mega heroes or invulnerability power. DM for details.
Recently got the urge to play in an rpg group again, and love palladium even if it is nuts and overpowered!
Are there any online DM's looking for players? Really enjoying making characters and short campaigns, and particularly like Heroes Unlimited, but also Fantasy and Rifts (though I find the MDC system of rifts very difficult).
Anyway let me know! Am in UK on London time.

...there's a name you don't see here often...Rifts/Palladium. I'm running a Splicers campaign (the world setting is basically Guyver vs Terminator) with a splash of Palladium's...um..."unique" flavor.
You're piloting (usually) living-powered armor in an effort to destroy an AI that has gone crazy. Fighting and planning alongside an underground human resistance (called Splicers).
*Looking for 2-3 more players
*Playing Saturdays at 1:00 p.m. pacific time (flexible) for 3 hours
*All classes allowed (minus Evil alignments and wasteland crawlers...or House Shiva)
*Dice rolls and character sheet are in a VTT, discord will be used for voice
*I can assist with character gen...Palladium's system is still a bit..."clunky".
* Post your discord if interested
I found character sheets for rifts nightbane and heroes unlimited. The pdf with changeable attributes. I have uploaded my pdfs to my world. It won't auto calc but it lets foundry be used to roll dice. I'm dying to try it out, but have about 5 more sessions of my groups Cthulhu Dark Ages campaign to finish first.
Iβm a fairly experienced player, having played TTRPGS since I was 15(back in 2015) and being interested in them since I was 13- which I was actually introduced through a Rifts game being streamed on twitch. Ever since then Iβve been super interested in playing a steady, player-focused Rifts game with cool character growth and genuinely stressful gameplay. Which I know Rifts is supposed to be wacky, but it can be terrifying too. Iβve got most(or maybe all) of the Savage Rifts books and Iβd love to find a game. Sadly I doubt many people are running or wanting to run this kind of game over voice and in a small party over large living worlds and PBP games, so if I canβt find one Iβd be willing to settle for something similar.
Availability:Iβm hoping to find a game in the afternoon on Wednesday or Friday. I have games at 9 PM EST for both days so I figured I could double up and play twice in a day. If this doesnβt work for you we can discuss times.
For experience Iβve played/ran: D&D 5e(played it way too much, and no I donβt want to play your post apoc homebrew hack for 5e), WoD/CoD, GURPS, SWADE, and even a bit of M&M soon.
My interests as a player: I love, love, love RP; but I have a problem getting into it if no one else is doing it. Iβm also a combat junkie too, and I tend to make all rounder PCs like Rangers and the like. I also cannot stand any sort of antagonism/toxicity from players or GMs. In addition, bigots are something I also canβt tolerate- this includes just about any kind of person someone might be prejudiced towards.
Sample character concepts Iβd like to play: A Coalition ranger working in the field and slowly switching sides, a demon hunting mercenary with a deathwish, a vampire/werewolf fighting for their humanity, or maybe a cyborg ninja totally not ripping raiden from MGR.
P.S. If someoneβs interested hop on board in the search for a GM in the comments. More players makes a higher chance a GM will want us.
So I'm gauging interest to see if anyone wants to play a game. GMed by me. My hope is to play bi weekly Saturday mornings (around 9 am MST) for a couple hours on Roll20/Discord. Im an adult with children who may walk in at any time, so I would prefer everyone to stay pg (no sex and minimal cursing). It will be old school rifts, not Savage worlds or anything like that. Not really any character restrictions, no demi gods, cosmo knights, etc. Otherwise anything is fine. Pm me or comment below if you are interested or if you want more information.
D&D seems to get all of the love, I have tried a quick search for Palladium games being played on Roll20 and videos on YouTube.
I found an interesting game on YouTube. Anyone know of any other?
These guys are kinda out there but I find them amusing enough.
Our WIP 3D adventure game where you are exploring an ancient Greek labyrinth together with your companion. It was created with Godot engine!
The misterious labyrinth awaits you!
There is a page on Steam: https://store.steampowered.com/app/1137270/Palladium_Adventure_in_Greece/
Also, we are planning to participate in the Steam Game Festival, which is coming June 9. Our demo project will be open sourced, we hope it can be useful for you.
Has anyone tried that?
Decided to start up a Palladium series on my channel, started with the original Roleplaying game (Fantasy 1e), more to come as I start exploring this series all over again.

Seeking Heroes!
Looking to start a group of a few players. New players are very much welcome and I'd love to help anyone with learning the rules and character creation.
Looking to do a home brew role play heavy/combat medium campaign. I promise heavy story lines with funny characters.
I'm well versed with Palladium rules, but I'm up for trying out another system.
I'm looking for a group to GM for weekly or maybe bi-weekly, on weekdays.
I'm in the Laurel, College Park, Rockville location.
Iβve been playing tabletop rpgs for 10+ years as both a GM and a PC.
My GM style is very character/story focused with heavy role play, all home brews.
Moving houses and I found my copy of the palladium Robotech game. I bought it and an extra Valkyrie pack two Gencons back, and my gaming group hasn't taken a shine to it like I have. So I'm putting it up for sale or trade.
I'd like nids, tau, or like $60 80+ shipping.
Edit: $80 bucks because I forgot that the extra wing was in there.
What would that even be like?
Is this a possibility, or am I just crazy? Robotech done somewhat like Planetside could be kind of awesome; I don't know any other Sony games.
Decided to do a video on 2e fantasy character creation steps, as one of my viewers had suggested to go over how I do it, and I gave some little tips along the way how to jot things down and keep yourself organized. Hope yall enjoy it!
Iβve developed quite a collection of Palladium books from my father, digging around in the stuff he had packed away in our attic. He warns me regularly that the books are hard to understand, and explain the rules poorly. We have dozens of books, but I canβt find the rules in any of them. Are they explained in any books such as Mystic China, Rifts, Robotech , or Beyond the Supernatural, or are they only in the Palladium Fantasy RPG, which we do not have? Note: all of these books are first edition
Is there anyone here who experienced the pick and ban mode in ranked games? It feels like it is non existent. Some people are losing drive to play ranked games(sometimes the game itself), because of the current gameplay the game gives us. Auto lock overpowered heroes, mirror mode, etc. I don't feel the competitiveness anymore in ranked games. The ladder itself is nested with just some of good players who spams op heroes, does smurfing, and plays a lot. Not counting the really flexible ones who can play a lot of heroes. No wonder people are moving to other mobas who can give them a lot of excitement and let them feel more challenged. Please do something, Heroes Evolved Mobile.
P.S. Ranked games is the heart of all mobas, if the system is screwed, people will leave. I don't hate the game at all, in fact I loved it. That's why i'm suggesting this to let the devs know about me and my team's feelings regarding this.
TLDR; Pick and ban is non existent, top players spam op heroes, ranked game not really challenging.
I bought a few Robotech books (the Palladium sourcebook and the RDF manual) a while back and am about to run an estimated 3-4 sessions with a new group. I've played with some of the players before, but some of them haven't played an RPG previously. The players are more or less familiar with mecha / giant robot stuff, but I don't think any of them are familiar with the Robotech setting per se.
With this in mind, making an engaging, easy, and Robotech-lore-light (or at least some quick exposition) game would be preferable.
I'm probably going to make characters for everyone beforehand and either pick their sheets or have players randomly draw their characters. Would it be better to make them all Veritech pilots and then have them differentiate their characters via role-playing? Should we have one Veritech pilot, a Comm. Officer, and a mechanic instead?
What settings, timelines, scenarios have you played or do you think might be most compelling? Any home rules for the system you might suggest to make things smoother? Any other tips, ideas, or suggestions would be appreciated.
We all know palladium's editing leaves a lot to be desired. I've posted before asking what hidden bits were found in the books that we might consider essential need to know items.
I'll post what I remember
Headshots do HP damage - found in Heroes Unlimited robotics optics section
Your hand to hand can give you holds depending on your level (HU glossary)
It can also give you a karate punch of 2d4 (same place)
Characters with super speed can spend 4 actions to shoot down missiles (modern combat)
Field Armorer can be used to find traps.
Depleted Uranium rounds generally do double damage and suspend regeneration on most creatures.
Any others of note out there?
I know there's no official ones outside of a really obscure PFRPG supplement, but has anyone ever come across (or invented) a decent homebrew system for multiclassing in Rifts?
If someone were to ask you to run a game that had the tone of the old Palladium TMNT game, made use of Palladium's (mostly) random character generation charts, but used a different system to play the game; what system would you choose?
