Has anyone who has used Dr Burin at PAI in Thailand had the Penile Skin Inversion with Scrotal Skin Graft? Do you find (generally) your vagina gets wet on its own or do you need to lubricate first?
I'm currently travelling Europe and really want to get out of the cities and into nature, though it would be nice if this was somewhere that had good hostels and other backpackers to hang out and explore with.
Are there any fun towns or areas that fit this criteria? SEA comes to mind as somewhere with lots of rural backpacker spots (e.g. Pai), but I can't think of any straight away for Europe (for which travel typically revolves around the cities).
Even just suggestions for great, social hostels in otherwise quiet spots would be appreciated (e.g. Youth Hostel Plakias is one of the only hostels in Crete but has amazing reviews and I could definitely plan a trip around it).
