EDIT: Yes, many, if not most, variable rate mortgage payments remain the same, but the amount of the payments paying off the principle decreases. Please check with your lender.
Does anyone know if you have to read Kristen Probys books in order? Some of her later With Me in Seattle books have my trope candy, but there are just so many to read before I get to them.
I like these books because while they are romance books, the FMC still maintain their friendships and focus on their passions. Too many books start with the lead having great relationships and being career-driven just to shove that all aside once the love interest comes into play.
Edit: I enjoyed the Marked Men series by Jay Crownover for this reason too! So I’ll also take suggestions for books similar to those. :)
Hi Everyone! I am an international student coming to UCD in September 2022 and I was wondering what are the pros and cons of staying at the Proby Residency. Are they in a huge demand as stated in the UCD website? The website also states that the current rent is €250 per week. Is this the revised/ increased cost or will the rent increase further in 2022?
I hate to say it but reply all hasn't been the same since P.J left. I know he did some fucked up things to the staff but could he still come back? Would you listen if he did? Reply All used to be my favorite podcast, sad to say but it just isn't the same anymore. Thoughts?
