I am quite literally one of the smartest people in the history of our species, and honestly I don't care if you believe that. The idea that the intelligence fault here is mine is so fucking beyond preposterous. You lose the right to a self-defense claim when you go provoke a fight, especially if you bring a gun with a clear intention of killing people, a documented history of wanting to use it on the people you confront, and especially if you rack up multiple murders. And no, it doesn't happen all the time. If you go harass and assault(don't get confused here, this is a legal term that doesn't normally include physical contact, that's battery. I know you might struggle understanding this very simple concept. I can get some crayons or markers of you need.) someone until they punch you, then you're both getting charges. You fucking moron... but you think people should be able to pick a fight, kill someone, and claim "self-defense". If you go wave a gun around until someone decides that you're a fucking menace and they decide to try to neutralize your threat, you don't get to shoot them and claim "self-defense". You might get away with it, Zimmerman basically got away with this exact thing. But you absolute sub-human things cheered him on too. And just keep in mind that Florida is literally the butt of the joke on a global scale. So I guess it tracks that you want to mimick that.
I mean, stuff like guns and even something like a pocket knife. Heck, one of the main villains gets shot by a gun. I donβt get why most people donβt carry about tasers or pepper spray or whatever to defend themselves.
Clancy was a navigational tool for Tyler. He explored the dark parts of Tyler's mind and reported his findings so Tyler wouldn't have to go there. Clancy was Tyler's defense mechanism mode.
Without Clancy, Tyler is on his own. He's subject to all the negativity of his mind. As a result, blurryface now has total control. Tyler's insecurities (blurryface) lead to self-doubt and negative self-talk. This is the propaganda of dema. Propaganda of our minds, and it can trap us in a vicious cycle, just like blurryface has held Tyler.
I think Clancy's existence depends on the existence of Ned & Trash, because it was Tyler's creativity and imagination that created dema, trench, blurryface, and Clancy himself.
The CSTY video gives us hope that Ned is still out there. If Ned returns to Tyler, so will Clancy. However, If Clancy succumbed to blurryface, Tyler is going to have to find a new way to control his mind and resist the influence of it's propaganda.
That white killer in NYC who killed 3 asian men was let free. The police who shot an asian teen were never even investigated! Meanwhile DYLAN YANG who defended himself after getting shot hybracists remains in prison, CHAI VANG who shot back after being held at gunpoint by white male racists remains in prison. Where is the justice?
I have been thinking about this since I heard this in the first segment of today's show, and I cannot for the life of me understand what the sentiment behind this statement is.
To me, it sounds as if the defense claiming self-defense was either unwarranted or in some way tricking the jury or was simply a legal technicality and it shouldn't have held up in court. It also sounds as if the killings were premeditated or intentional with malice.
This statement was sandwiched between two other statements where David says that Kyle's actions were self-defense beyond a reasonable doubt, which to me is saying the exact opposite.
If you take all of the facts of the case, I can't understand how we could come to the conclusion that the self-defense claim was a "guise" or that Kyle "got away with killing two people."
This whole sham trial isnt about Kyle, it isnt about racism , BLM , antifa ,kenosha ,AR's , or even 2A i would argue..
Its an indictment on your right to defend yourself!!
