Hello! I am looking to apply to a couple schools in Germany in order to get my Masters degree. Bamberg is, however, my dream destination since it has the program I want to do and is in Bavaria. I am a dual citizen of both the US and Germany. I also speak decent German.
I guess I have a few questions:
Can anyone give me any specific impressions about this University? I have a general idea about Bamberg itself, since I have family who has lived there and that live somewhat in the area.
I am attempting to get my Masters in Political Science with a concentration in International and European Politics. I have asked them if it is possible to do the program in English and they said yes. While my German is good, it is not to the point where I would be completely comfortable doing the program in German. I am about to graduate in the States with a Bachelor's in political science with a GPA around 3.3.
What are my odds of getting in? I know it can be dependent on the university and their standards, I am just wondering about general impressions on the difficulty of getting into something other than a STEM program.
I have definitely taken a look at the sidebar, but since this is a specifically tailored question and area that I'm looking at I was hoping to get some answers from those who would know. Thanks!
