A list of puns related to "Oscar Health"
OSCAR HEALTH : 4 things to know.
I am trying to choose health insurance coverage based on what is available via the CoveredCA marketplace.
I have had employment based HMO plans from Anthem in the past, so I am somewhat familiar with what entails, and wondering if anyone is able to share their experience with having Oscar as their provider. One thing that I am seeing is that it appears that using USC Keck is an option, which is appealing to me.
Was is difficult to find available doctors in network? Did you see real benefits or drawbacks with the EPO model? Administrative issues? Trouble with coverage when traveling? Anything else that can be noted or shared would be greatly appreciated... both good and bad.
Thank you!
So I have an offer from Oscar Health to work remote in Atlanta and I have an offer from Goldman Sachs to... work remotely in Atlanta, hah!
Both come in around 200K, but Goldman is willing to match my unvested equity for the two years, so it edges out on salary.
I know how to do startups, I don't know how to do investment banks. How is Goldman's culture compared to Google?
Thoughts, opinions?
Just moved to Scottsdale from out of state and need to purchase health insurance for me, my husband and daughter. Oscar has low premiums for their HSA qualified plans, so I'm very interested. However, it doesn't appear that many doctors take Oscar. I'm worried that if I need hospitalization, even at a hospital that takes Oscar, the care providers won't take Oscar, and I will be stuck with out-of-network costs. If you have Oscar, can you describe your experience with routine care and hospital/emergency care? Thanks.
I am only on the bare minimum basic bronze plan. I had Oscar last year, but got off of it because I transitioned into a full time job, but I hated that job and quit it and lost my benefits. I went back on Oscar this year and all of the sudden my payment increased significantly. Any ideas why? Maybe I turned 30 thatβs why? Or they just increased it randomly? Any way to decrease that payment?
Waiting for allocation tonight or tomorrow morning. Hope it can get some shares from Morgan Stanley, as one of the lead underwriters of OSCR IPO.
If not getting allocation, thinking of moving to Fidelity for IPO. Schwab is also pretty dry.
Please share your allocation success.
Would like to see how etrade distribute the IPO shares. by Account size/balance?
or by First come first serve? Time to place conditional order? time to reconfirm?
Good luck!
These two doctors are exceptional with transgender healthcare and I would thoroughly recommend them to anyone in Australia. I'd also ask for them and their clinic to be added to the resources page!
I began seeing Dr. Oscar Walsh on the 15th of May 2021 after being refused affirming care by another clinic. It only took a few weeks to receive HRT from Dr. Walsh who utilised the extensive experience and knowledge of Dr Brayshaw. Walsh was extremely polite, using my preferred name and pronouns exclusively as well as being sufficiently knowledgeable about the process and effects of the medications, admitting holes in the research when they came up (such as magnesium salts' effects on the E-patch, which is understandably very niche). We worked together to set up a plan that worked with my situation (chronic illnesses and many allergies) that is safe and cautious, without being restrictive (I will be adding Progesterone despite the lack of research after confirming the safety and effectiveness of E and the anti-androgens.)
Dr. Brayshaw, while I didn't personally interact with him, is incredibly passionate about trans rights and our right to appropriate affirming healthcare - he's even done speeches on it and joined panels supporting it! If you are in southern regional Victoria and having trouble with gatekeeping, I'd recommend you see Kardinia Health at earliest convenience! While it is a private clinic, medicare rebate will give you a decent kickback, and the costs aren't excessive.
