A list of puns related to "Oregon Route 99w"
I rode from Oakridge to Bend this summer via Cascade Lakes Highway which was awesome due to decent sized shoulder and minimal traffic. Any other good routes that aren't super dangerous? The coast highway seems like a death trap and I obviously don't want to ride on the freeway.
On January 5 my girlfriend and I will be moving from Klamath Falls, OR to Burlington, VT. Weβve always planned on taking I-80 pretty much from western Nevada to Cleveland then from there a variety of other interstates to VT. This seems to be the most direct route but as winter weather is making things more treacherous Iβm beginning to consider going way south - starting on I-5 all the way down to SoCal then east on I-10 and I-20 to Alabama then making our way northeast from there. I guess Iβm just wondering what others would do in my situation. We wonβt be hauling anything but we will both be driving separate vehicles (both 4WD capable). We both have a lot of winter driving experience but the extended nature of the trip on I-80 means pretty much 45 hours of driving on snow and ice. Thanks!
The Oregon Zoo & Metro are still considering bringing it back(No seriously, like right now, not 2 years ago). Friends of Washington Park and Zoo Railway, The Pacific Northwest Chapter of the National Railway Historical Society and the Oregon Rail Heritage Foundation are currently collaborating with the Zoo to bring it back.

Emoni Bates, the No. 1 player in the class, told @Stadium he will reclassify and either head to college and the G-League this season. He said he will choose between Oregon, Memphis, Michigan State if he goes the college route.

Bates will not turn 19 until Jan. 28, 2023 - which means he is not eligible for next yearβs NBA Draft.
Bates told me he will take this year by year and re-evaluate after this season wherever he goes, but there is a chance that if he goes to college, heβll be there for 2 years.
I donβt have a RV (or travel trailer) yet but I travel for work and need some help with the above route. I was working in Portland and the contract was terminated unexpectedly. I do have an offer in Duluth but am worried about driving there in the winter. Specifically through Idaho and Montana where there are at least 4 mountain passes. Is there a route that will get me to Duluth and avoid the passes? I do tow a 12β cargo trailer. I normally try to avoid traveling between Nov-Mar. I did find a couple of apps to track the forecast on the route I planned but the weather can change with a quickness.
I am going to be hauling my 26 ft travel trailer from San Diego to Portland in mid December.
Any advice on the best route to take to avoid complications? I have 6 days to make the trip so will be making stops along the way.
Thank you in advance.
Commuter from Corvallis to Eugene. Was wondering if any drivers can give any info about the morning commute and ice on I-5 or 99W this week. I usually leave at 5:45 am for work but I think I can push that time later if roads are melting and safe. I have tripcheck up and twitter but figured asking you guys would be another good resource. TIA
