A list of puns related to "Oh Yeah! Cartoons"
This was a cartoon showcase where animators could get their shorts on to tv (Nickelodeon) with a chance of them being picked up. There were a few shows like this in the 90s and 2000s, that basically made a 30 minute program out of a bunch of cartoon pilots shown one after the other. It actually lead to a lot of awesome cartoons being made on Nick and Cartoon Network.
I know we have YouTube and thereβs a lot more independent artists/teams/cartoons going on, but it would be so cool to have Netflix/hulu/etc. do something similar. Have cartoonists send in there 11 minute pilot episodes and create a series out of watching curated pilots with the potential of Netflix actually making some into full fledged shows.
There is so much talent on YouTube and Iβve watched some amazing pilots for series people created with no budget and itβs wild that so much work goes into it, but never gets seen by more than a handful of people.
I can't remember where it came from, but I want to say it was cartoon where a girl has turned down a guy I think? Maybe she's simply a snob? but one male character says something along the lines of
"Oh you know, it'd require you to have that one thing that most people have? you know, oh what is it, I just had it, oh yea. A HEART."
or maybe something more sarcastic like "where that black hole is"
it's driving me nuts, and I can't remember where I heard it from
ONLY SPOILER WARNING
There has been a lot of discussion about βWould Harryβs life have been better if he had spilled the beans on this that or the other thingβ. So I decided to dig through the books to see what Harryβs reason was for keeping various secrets and if those reasons stand up even if harry doesnβt always mention those reasons every time the secret is mentioned. I am ignoring the general coverall "Justin trained Harry to keep secrets", we can just assume that permeates everywhere and is dissolved into the soup stock.
I think also which secrets Harry keeps is related to which people or groups he feels loyalty to. Say after, Summer Knight, Harry is a lot more willing to talk about the White Counsel, I think there is a bit of a leader there to Harry feeling less loyalty to the White Counsel. Harry is generally loyal to the people he is keeping secrets for and to whom he tells secrets.
So I paired many secrets and the perceived consequences if those secrets get revealed. Please feel free to let me know if I missed something or the perceived consequence is incorrect.
So I think a lot of the issue comes down to a perceived cost/benefit analysis that the audience is not being shown (or not being shown in its entirety). I think in many cases the perceived consequences are worse than the benefits of sharing a particular secret with a person. In many cases the perceived consequences to Harry is "If I spill this secret, I am eventually going to end up a sidewalk splatter".
And I think that drives how Harry handles all of the secrets he is carrying around. While he has gotten better about sharing with trusted allies, he is still close to the chest on my secrets that could get him killed if he started blabbing.
I guess the question becomes: Which of these secrets could harry actually share with people without risk of consequences? Yeah, Murphy, and Thomas and Michael are the top of the list. But how many of them are warded from mind probes, disguised evil wizards impersonating Dresden, etc etc. Yeah I realize that there may be some extra paranoia dolloped in there, but seeing the kind of life Dresden has been living, I wouldn't be surprised if he running a higher paranoia level.
The Secrets I could think of (in kinda chronological order):
Canβt talk about the white counsel. Punishment from the white counsel (very vague to start).
Donβt explain pentagrams to Murphy. This falls under the generic βPunishment by the white counselβ

In Doctor Strange, Dormammu was banished to the Dark Dimension thanks to the Time Stone.
Dormammu just made a verbal promise never to return, which isnβt necessarily a binding spell. I believe that the two things holding Dormammu to his word were the presence of Doctor Strange and his possession of the Time Stone. Doctor Strange was gone for five years - more than enough time for Dormammu to start working on a return to reality. Furthermore, the Time Stone likely isnβt coming back, so who knows how Doctor Strange would beat him a second time...
In Episode 7, itβs revealed that Agnes is actually the ancient witch Agatha Harkness. In her possession she has some sort of evil spell book, which a lot of people are claiming was taken from the library at Kamar-Taj.
The commercial also refers to a βnexusβ, which is hinted at being some sort of portal or constant between alternate realities. It could be referring to Wanda or the Hex itself. Either way, I think that Agatha is using Wanda and/or the Hex to open a portal to other dimensions, which would explain X-Men Quicksilver. I think itβs possible that Agathaβs endgame is to bring back Dormammu through the nexus from the Dark Dimension.
Add on the fact that Dormammu was voiced by Benedict Cumberbatch and that WandaVision apparently ties in closely/directly with Doctor Strange 2, and youβve got a workable theory!
