how do you use the manpower of occupied/conquered territories? I havent really found anything so here i am asking you
Hello Morrowind and possibly Argonia team(s). So I have had a question on my mind since the walkabout last week concerning the political situation in Southern Morrowind and how it will be represented in the game. I know that early in the Fourth Era the An-Xileel invaded Morrowind and occupied a significant amount of territory, however I wanted to know if you guys had a plan on what that will look like in the modern day?
For example, is there going to be a tense border situation reminiscent of the Empire vs the Dominion? Are there still Dunmer living in the occupied territories, or have they mostly fled north? If Dunmer are still there, is there going to be cultural tension between the Dunmer and Argonian populations of the region? Will An-Xileel remnants still be in control of this area, or will it have already split into independent polities?

On July 19, 2021 Company stated: We believe it is inconsistent with our values for Ben & Jerryโs ice cream to be sold in the Occupied Palestinian Territory (OPT). We also hear and recognize the concerns shared with us by our fans and trusted partners.
We have a longstanding partnership with our licensee, who manufactures Ben & Jerryโs ice cream in Israel and distributes it in the region. We have been working to change this, and so we have informed our licensee that we will not renew the license agreement when it expires at the end of next year.
Although Ben & Jerryโs will no longer be sold in the OPT, we will stay in Israel through a different arrangement. We will share an update on this as soon as weโre ready.
Reactions from Israelโs leaders were harsh. Prime Minister Naftali Bennett, a longtime supporter of the settlements, called the decision a โboycott of Israelโ and said Ben and Jerryโs โdecided to brand itself as an anti-Israel ice cream.โ His predecessor, Benjamin Netanyahu, tweeted, โNow we Israelis know which ice cream NOT to buy.
Israeli Foreign Minister Yair Lapid, the architect of the current ruling coalition who is generally to Bennettโs left regarding the Palestinians, went even further, calling the decision a โshameful surrender to antisemitism, to BDS and to all that is wrong with the anti-Israel and anti-Jewish discourse.โ He called on US states to take domestic action against Ben and Jerryโs based on state laws that prohibit government contracting with entities that boycott Israel.
Israeli cabinet minister Orna Barbivay posted a TikTok video of her throwing a pint in the trash; the flavor she tossed could not be determined at press time.
While boycott promoters hailed Ben & Jerryโs announcement, they immediately made it clear it was not enough.
โWe warmly welcome their decision but call on Ben & Jerryโs to end all operations in apartheid Israel,โ said a post on the Twitter account of the Palestinian B.D.S. National Committee.

How do Intelligence agencies contact resistance fighters? I am genuinely curious, because usually these groups take great care to be hard to find and difficult to contact. Yet, history is full of examples of intelligence agencies like MI6 and the OSS contacting resistance groups, from the French Resistance, to the Mujahadeen in the 80s, anti-communist guerillas in Colombia, etc.
How do intelligence agencies get that initial contact? How do they reach out and establish a connection with a group who's whole point is to hide and be hard to find and contact? Thanks!
