Next year, the Norwegian Armed Forces will hire eight "gender advisers."
The gender perspective in the Armed Forces is, among other things, about how different genders fit, and can be applied, to different situations and operations.
It will contribute to the Armed Forces becoming more diverse.
Recruitment and inclusion of personnel for the Armed Forces with different genders, ethnicities, ages, educational backgrounds, orientation, and more, contribute to a diverse Armed Forces. Which in turn contributes to the Armed Forces gaining more perspectives to contribute to the assignment solution.
The positions will be distributed between the Army, the Navy, the Air Force, the Home Guard, the Armed Forces 'Logistics Organization, the Armed Forces' Operational Headquarters and the Armed Forces University College.

Noticing the expansion of the Swedish military, and realizing that Norway is going to need to be more responsible for its own defense, as well as a personal desire to bring peacekeeping and support to the world, a reformation of the Norwegian Armed Forces has been determined as necessary in order to meet these new goals.
The Norwegian Armed Forces will be adopting mandatory service for all the branches, especially as we look to achieve a standing army total of 16,000 personnel. From this we hope to have one professional brigade of 5,000 troops and another brigade of conscripted troops. The mandatory service will be applied for the Army, Navy, and Air Force, though most of the conscripts will be serving in the Army.
Norwegian Army
Currently standing at 3,725 professional troops, 4,399 conscripts, and 688 civilians, the Norwegian Army stands at 8,812. Our goal is to reach the a two brigade organization that when active can form the Rapid Reaction Force. This is the current structure of the Swedish Armed Forces, which we believe is a good structure for an Nordic military. The 6. divisjon (6th Division) will be reactivated and will consist of the Brigade Nord and the Brigade SΓΈr.

The Unit prefers to have the freedom to have banter during Operations with a high amount of hilarity, however we know when to get our game faces on and be serious when getting shit done.
We are in the middle of the spectrum of ArmA Units ranging from Serious Milsim, to Casual Milsim.

- Operation Times: 1900 hours (BST) on Wednesdays and Sundays
- We have an age restriction of 16+ on recruitment
- The 2BNB has been a part of, and is open to attending Joint Operations
- Our modpack is currently 40GB in size with essentials like ACE3, TFAR, RHS and various other maps.

The 2nd Battalion, Nord Brigade is a mix of milsim and fun. We're an experienced group of players, who are well-trained and can be depended on in crucial in-game situations. The Unit prefers to have the freedom to have banter during Operations with a high amount of hilarity, however we know when to get our game faces on and be serious when getting shit done.
We are in the middle of the spectrum of ArmA Units ranging from Serious Milsim, to Casual Milsim. The Unit has Training nights, where the whole unit takes part to practice movement and tactics, in order to better ourselves and help unit cohesion.
