On Friday afternoon, I went for a drive-thru COVID PCR test at a CVS in a swankier part of Montgomery County. I was on time, and there was a tiny wait. No big deal. For the record, I have advanced cancer, a broken wrist, a torn rotator cuff, I'm weak and I'm just plain tired. Waiting two minutes for the person ahead of me to wrap up was not a big deal.
While I was doing my test - swab up my nose - the man in the car behind me got out of his vehicle, came up to my open car window and harrassed me. He literally squeezed in by my face, screaming "this isn't rocket science, bitch!" I had to threaten to call the police.
My hands were shaking. They had to give me a second swab because this man scared me enough to drop my first swab in the car. Never thought I'd have to yell "Get away from my face - I'm literally taking a COVID test NOW." #PotomacJerkWeaselsCanBlowMe
