Norfolk Naval Shipyard Apprenticeship Applicants
Is there anybody else on here who applied for the NNSY apprenticeship program in 2020 and was accepted for 2021? I'm curious if you have already started or if you have a start date yet. I've done the fingerprinting, background check, physical, and everything. The last correspondence I had was from USAStaffing and I filled out tax forms and direct deposit stuff so I can get paid. That was over a month ago and I still don't have a start date. I'm trying not to drive my HR contact insane (I've emailed her a few times, but I usually don't get an answer). I'm trying to be patient, but I figured I would see if anybody else has heard anything. Thanks!

Any apprentices or workers at the Norfolk Naval Shipyard?
I just want some advice on what to expect, and what the pay scale/ raises are like. And also, nice apartments. Thanks!
