I live in the Tron, i see and have experienced a lot of crazy stuff. Just the other night some 3 people stole a car and crashed right behind my house. There was a lady with a child with no seat belt on who tried to do a runner etc i have video footage of me in the act trying to stop them.
I'm concerned if i share the video i might be a target etc, even had a guy who got shot at (they missed) ended up in my garage looking for help, Even saved a mans life who was running into traffic trying to kill himself. I'm planning on making meatballs and red sauce next Sunday.
I was wondering if forming and shallow-frying the meatballs Saturday night, draining them on paper towels, and then transferring them into the fridge for the night, is advisable or not. I'd then finish off the meatballs Sunday night, poaching them through gently in their accompanying red sauce.
Is there any downside to doing the searing step the day before?
