Before the beginning all was void and chaos. Order asserted itself in the endless, infinite madness and exploded the Universe into being. Fundamental forces ensnared everything into the fabric of space-time. The web of reality partially trapped beings and intelligences that were hostile to the sterile patterns of gravity, electromagnetism and the strong/weak forces of the cosmos. Their existence could not be defined by or wholly encompassed within the self-appointed Laws of Physics

And so, they weren’t.

Linear time could not separate them from the Primordial Chaos before the establishment of the universe, nor could it stop these monstrosities from feasting on the cosmic leavings of the Heat Death Yet to Come. Those of the Eternal Deep cannot be so bound completely. Still, they were restrained from strangling the nascent Universe.

Galaxies spread out full of matter and energy, spinning in patient, plodding orbits. With little else to do while eternity passed, these Deep Ones turned their indifferent gaze to moving balls of incandescent gas and the rocks that absorbed their feeble light and warmth.

Concentration was difficult for these Eternals and boredom came easy. Perception was the impediment, as these titanic minds were not made to contemplate order or pattern. With extreme focus they could shift their point of view so that points of light passed slowly “above” them and below them were stable bits of matter. Such glimpses were brief and incomprehensible to them. Atomic nuclei resembled planetary orbits too much for them to tell the difference.

In piques of malicious boredom, they tried to influence matter and energy. The results of these idle experiments were wormholes, temporal anomalies and black holes. Mostly, they remained in the deepest stretches of empty space patiently waiting for the end of all things. Eons passed in this half-slumber when a novelty arose throughout the cosmos.

A new pattern in the movement of energy and matter began. Some bits of matter gained the ability to seek energy with intent and purpose. The clumps of matter that were best able to capture and absorb energy became so bloated that they split in two. This process repeated itself often and soon these clumps went beyond passively absorbing the meager starlight that chance flung towards them. They began to absorb each other.

This fascinated the denizens of darkest space. Orbits have a bland repetition, and the decay of atoms was inconsequential. It was all so predict

I've been blessed to basically live my whole life without ever having experienced acid reflux or heartburn.

Still haven't experienced heartburn, but I've definitely burped a few times now this pregnancy and I guess, thrown up a little in my mouth? Gross.

I really don't know how to describe it. But it feels like all the muscles near the center of my forehead start to tense up and vibrate. I sometimes feel my eyeballs fluttering rapidly around, like I'm experiencing REM sleep. Idk what's happening, but it literally feels like my 3rd eye trying to open up, but it never does. The sensation always fades before anything happens. Has anyone else ever had this experience? Any suggestions on how I can finally break through?

Tried VR for probably like 5th time ever, and was having a good time in the first steps program until I looked down at the VR hands and my brain realized that I could move my thumbs and index finger, but no matter what I did my ring and index finger were stuck. Made my hands feel mad stiff so I had to take it off. Hands still feel incredibly stiff, and just using my hands in general is super disorienting. Shits fucking with me. Anyone else get this? Stressing me out lmao

So this may or may not mean anything. The person I believe is my tf , while I haven’t fully experienced what I have seen on here. I do sometimes question if he is or isn’t, but there is this continuous nagging telling me basically “stop second guessing bish, he is” over the last week or so I’ve been feeling more of a pull on my energy, I keep thinking or wanting it to be him. How do you know for sure it’s them? I am an empath and already struggle deciphering what is mine and what isn’t. I have my sister and a very close friend that when I start feeling some way I message them and ask if it’s them, I don’t always have the luxury with him. This is kinda rambling and I am sorry. I did hear from mutual people today(who know nothing of what actually happens between us) that he actually is always bringing me up in conversation. When asked more about it he states “I don’t know, I just do”

21F and my chronic pain started late february of this year because my spine failed to fuse in 2 areas after having a spinal fusion for scoliosis in 2015. i used to have full on panic attacks when i felt a new pain sensation because i immediately thought the worse. the longer i’ve had to deal with this, the better i’ve gotten with not immediately thinking the worse. now i think “well i didn’t do much moving today so that’s probably why.” today was one of those days for me.

so anyways, what do y’all think when you feel a new pain? how do you keep yourself from thinking the worse? these might be stupid questions but i can’t be the only one who freaks out each time they feel a new sensation.

I lucid dream quite a bit without trying. I fully know that I’m dreaming and am able to control a lot of what happens.

Something new happened last night. I was dreaming about something physical and I had this intense sensation that I have never had before. I was able to feel everything. I’ve never been able to feel things at all in my dreams let alone at this intensity.

So I guess my question is has anyone else experienced intense physical feelings while lucid dreaming ?
