Got a Traeger Pro 575 last summer and have gone way down the smoking rabbit hole. Which meant really wanting to try my hand at a stick burner. This one definitely needs some refurbishing; inside and underside are rusty, but for $0 I’m not complaining. Been using this sub for inspiration and looking forward to posting future smokes.

I'm thinking about applying for a summer job there after my semester at TXST because I need the money. What's it like working there?
Hey everyone, I’ve lived in NB the past couple years but would like to move to San Marcos this summer (renting).
Couple questions:

What’s the daily commute like? I work a typical 8-5 in NB. I’d like to live somewhere between purgatory creek and downtown, along the Hunter road area with the intent to take Hunter from SM to NB, though I’m not opposed to I35 if that’s easier.

Could I find a place in the area from #1 in the $1,400 or less range? Would prefer a 2/1, though I’m not opposed to a larger 1 bedroom.
