A list of puns related to "Naval Institute Press"
1942, the crew of USS New Orleans used coconut logs to repair the ship after the entire bow was lost the previous night during the Battle of Tassafaronga. With a quarter of their ship missing, they then sailed the cruiser in reverse for 1,800 miles to reach Australia.

Also, how big of a deal was impressment/press gangs in the American colonies? Do we know how many people were abducted? Was the colonial resistance to British pressgangs unusual compared to how people responded in Britain or in other colonies?
Naval Group notes the decision of the Australian authorities to acquire a nuclear submarine fleet in collaboration with the United States and the United Kingdom following their global capability review.
The Commonwealth of Australia did not wish to proceed to the next phase of the programme, which is a great disappointment for Naval Group, which offered Australia a conventional regional superiority submarine with exceptional performance. Naval Group was also offering Australia sovereignty in this area by making commitments never made by any industry in terms of technology transfer, local content and employment.
For the past five years, the Naval Group teams in France and Australia, and those of our partners, have been fully mobilised. They have given their best and Naval Group has honoured all its commitments.
The consequences of this Australian sovereign decision will be analysed with the Commonwealth of Australia in the coming days.

"Write on a topic that makes the naval profession stronger. No subject is too large or too small."
EDIT: to clarify I have no idea if the prize is paid out as cash, it just sounded cool to say it like that XD
