A list of puns related to "National Investor Relations Institute"
Originally put in daily, copy paste posted here for better visibility as requested by ape in daily. Not sure on flair to use :/
FYI for UK apes.
Email to investor relations.. after another ape mentioned here they can request a count of shares even if they have not enabled the voting option for majority of UK brokers which use CREST i thought would also send an email to ask about the count in particular but also registration which other apes have already emailed them about. We can only hope and try! Fingers crossed.
Subject. Count of shares held by CREST on April 15 or registration to enable voting.
-- Hi, I hold shares with my broker and am sadly unable to vote as Gamestop has not registered to enable voting on the shares held by CREST in the UK. I was told 2 things are possible if requested by yourselves.
Registration to enable voting with CREST which would automatically allow my brokers corporate actions team to process voting materials.
A request for a count of shares held by CREST on the record date of April 15th. for the AGM to at least show the number of shareholders with CREST that are unable to cast a vote this year.
I imagine you are receiving many emails on this topic, i would very much appreciate if you could either let me know by reply or ideally through a press release for all impacted shareholders if any steps are being taken to identify those many loyal shareholders with CREST or similar around the world that fear that their shareholding will be unrepresented at the AGM next month.
Thanks in advance,
Hi everybody.
If you've read some of my posts the last few days, you would know that due to some brokers around the world, I do not believe all the shares owned by retail will be counted during the upcoming shareholders meeting.
I've met a lot of backlash for this opinion, being accused of phishing control numbers, and even getting a few threats.
I want to point out this is not the case, and that's why I have already sent an email to gamestop Investor Relations, asking for help to investigate this matter.
If anybody wishes to have their name (or reddit username) signed to the letter, all you have to do is comment this thread, and I will make sure gamestop Investor Relations will see the demand from their investors, to investigate this matter.
Please let me know if the flair is not suited for this post, I was having trouble deciding which flair to use.
The letter sent is following:
Hello,
As a shareholder of $GME, I have reason to believe that the number of shares in circulation exceeds the total float. Many retail investors have received a proxy vote for the upcoming shareholders meeting, while a large portion of these investors have, or won't receive anything at all. These investors may include the following:
Retail investors outside the US. In the EU alone, GameStop has been the most traded stock for the previous three months.
Retail investors in the US with brokers who refuse their customers the ability to be heard.
My hope is that, in conjuction with gamestop Investor Relations, a share audit may be conducted by a neutral third party on behalf of the aforementioned investors. This should be done for the sole purpose of keeping track of the sheer numbers of shares owned, but not counted as such in the upcoming vote.
Sincerely,
A concerned investor
Edit: forgot to thank u/meowper8tor for drafting the letter.
Edit: Just wanted to add, that you do not have to be in the above mentioned group to Co-sign this letter. Every gamestop shareholder who think it would be a good idea with a share audit for apes who cannot vote, has the just as much to say.
Edit: I have already sent the letter to Gamestop Investor Relations. This thread is meant as a reference point to show (if there is) demand from shareholders to make an additional count, aside from the proxy voting. Basically counting the number of shares held by non-voters. People who can vote can still support this, if they think it would be good for their investment. The audit would be
... keep reading on reddit ➡Since many are concerned about the new SEC SPAC crackdown, I called PSTH IR. Tony was nice enough to take a few minutes to speak with me. I obviously didn't try to get any new PSTH-specific information, because that would put him on the defense. I asked him instead to talk to the new SEC rules generally and how he saw them affecting SPACs.
He made three basic points. First, the new SEC rules are still coming in and those that have come in are being interpreted by lawyers and accountants as to what actions must be taken. Second, his team hasn't concluded whether any rule would materially affect PSTH shareholders yet. If they do, they will quickly release info on how it would. Third, he sees these changes mostly affecting new SPACs, not existing ones. From his manner of stating this last point, it seemed that if there was a change PSTH would need to make, it would probably be small. He didn't just want to leave me with "no comment", though he's obviously restricted from saying much. That was it.
I hope this brings some context to the SEC situation as it relates to PSTH and saves Tony some minutes answering more shareholders. Everyone I spoke with when I called was an A+ person. I wished him well and let him know we're all rooting for his team. We've got an excellent team working for us, so sleep well.
Würde gerne eure Meinung dazu hören!
Hier ist der Text:
"Liebes Flatex-Team!
„
Sehr geehrter Herr XXX,
... keep reading on reddit ➡I just wanted to share an email I received from GameStop Investor Relations about Proxy Voting but it will not allow me to post a screenshot or pdf version so I copied the reply with their links. While I am suspicious of clicking on links in Reddit subs, you can easily type it in your browser. I emailed Investor Relations after going to the GameStop proxy voting site and using the control numbers I received from Fidelity. Their reply is to use the Broadridge proxy voting site with 16 digit control numbers received from my broker. So if you log into your proxy voting material directly through Fidelity, you will be redirected to Broadridge. It is the same link that GameStop provided to me. I tested the link from their email with the control numbers I received from Fidelity and it worked fine. Hope this helps those who were a little conflicted on the GameStop Proxy Voting link and Fidelity's voting link. I can tell you that I have been with Fidelity since 1999 with employee 401Ks and I have had a positive experience. So much so that in 2015 when I was having issues with my bank, I switched to Fidelity's cash management account. We now have all of our banking and investment accounts through them and their customer service and transparency is top notch. That is just my opinion but if you're new to Fidelity then you will soon find out how great they are.
Thank you for contacting GameStop regarding our annual meeting for shareholders of record on 4/15/21.

Hi, I can read Japanese. I was pointed to this new development by another post on this sub. I went to check it out, and while the language isn't totally clear, on slide 12 it does strongly suggest a "new title" will "contribute to" their financial performance by March 2022. Not complete confirmation, but big.
They do also note delays to production from Covid.

Hello again,
I haven't received any reply for my previous email below.
I have another submission for your kind response.
For the last one month, ZOM has been falling 10% or more every single trading day. Individual Investors on social media are very supportive and bullish on ZOM, yet stock price falling a whopping 70% from high of $2.80 to low of $0.84 in one month without any bad news reported by ZOM calls for a serious investigation if predatory targeted short selling is going on in ZOM.
We retail investors have complained to SEC, but we feel ZOM investor relations also filing a complaining to SEC to investigate based on trading data would help.
Today, CEO of AMC Theatres (AMC) has publicly commented that significant short selling is going on in AMC stock.
High time ZOM management also reviews and openly makes a statement.
Thank you
EDIT: There are still so many shills lurking around downvoting.
Dear sir/madam,
I hope this email finds you well.
I am a proud GME shareholder from London, Uk. I currently own xxx shares of GME. These shares are being held for me through my broker Trading212.
Unfortunately, Trading 212 do not give me the ability to vote in the upcoming annual meeting. There are currently 42,733 shareholders (as of 10/5) of GME on Trading 212 that are all unable to vote either.
Let’s say that the average is just 10 shares per person (which I think is very reasonable and most likely an underestimation), that’s nearly half a million shares/votes that could be unaccounted for, just off this broker.
And this isn’t the only broker that doesn’t allow voting. There are many, many brokers around the world that don’t allow voting.
There is a very loyal group of shareholders that believe that GameStop has been sold short more than the total number of shares outstanding, and we had seen this from published data and trading volatility in January. Since then, I believe Gamestop has been subject to continued and extreme fraudulent and manipulative trading activity.
I urge you to look into this matter in more detail, to find out the true number of shares that do actually exist right now and take action to reconcile these, and to hold those accountable who need to be.
This sort of sinister activity in driving companies into the ground and manipulating a ‘fair and free market’ through excessive short selling needs to be stopped and I have written this email to highlight significant voting issues that would show you clearly how bad the situation could be.
Yours faithfully, B......... Proud shareholder.
🚀GME to the moon
As we all know - some europoors are unable to obtain a control#. I wanted to get some clarification on why I wasn't able to get a control# (europoor using Trading 212) so I decided to ask them a few questions.
I asked them:
The responses I received were pretty vague when addressing each question but as the conversation went on the rep opened up and it became apparent that Trading 212's hands were tied.
It's flat out voter suppression. Interactive Brokers are corrupt - we all knew this anyway. I'm not sure if 212 are genuine with looking into alternatives but it makes sense when your users are being shafted by the intermediary you use.
I've reached out to the GameStop investor relations department to see if there is any other option for retrieving a control# or if there is any other advice they can give but I'm sure they are inundated at the moment. I'll update if I hear back.
I am hoping the amount of votes will highlight incredible naked shorting without some europoor votes but it's certainly worth keeping in mind that the number of people holding shares is likely to be higher due to this suppression.
Edit: changed text to some europoors can’t vote as it seems there are europoors able to vot
... keep reading on reddit ➡For instance, I sent an email to the generic “info” email address for $AWSL yesterday and received a response back from their investor relations team only a few hours later providing me with a response. I was surprised and responded back with another, more specific question, concerning revenue streams and similarly got a great response back this morning.
I think this is an overlooked part of doing DD on these smaller companies. The benefit of smaller companies is the fact they are not bogged down with tons of calls, emails, or requests from institutional investors, hedge funds, etc. (i.e., the big dogs); they can get back to the retail investor. Responding to questions through their investor relations team should be one of the main boxes a small company checks because it provides confidence that the company is doing the little things and keeping the shareholders in mind.
InvestorRelations@amctheatres.com is the link to contact AMC. Let's get the real share count into the right peoples hands.
Everyone should send out emails to NAKD investors relation officer Chris Tyson for updates about the company: chris.tyson@mzgroup.us I have done so too!
This was the bill capping licenses, Representatives have said they heard their constituencies and have pulled all the capping language. No more caps!!

The Usona Institute is a non profit that was granted breakthrough therapy designation for psilocybin in 2019, a special designation CMPS also has for their synthetic psilocybin drug.
Right now they are undergoing Phase 2 Clinical Trials for MDD, and they might even be ahead of where CMPS is at this stage of the game.
Obviously this is potentially a big problem for companies in the psilocybin space. I've been interested in investing in CMPS but a non profit potentially undercutting it's market raises a big red flag.
(obviously this might be good for psilocybin users, but I'm just trying to view this from an investment standpoint)

Hello,
I am SNDL investor. I have a concern for your kind response.
For the last one month, SNDL has been falling 10% or more every single trading day. Individual Investors on social media are very supportive and bullish on SNDL yet stock price falling a whopping 70% from high of $1.79 to low of $0.80 in one month without any bad news reported by SNDL calls for a serious investigation if predatory targeted short selling is going on in SNDL.
We retail investors have complained to SEC, but we feel SNDL investor relations also filing a complaining to SEC to investigate based on trading data would help.
Today, CEO of AMC Theatres (AMC) has publicly commented that significant short selling is going on in AMC stock.
High time SNDL management also reviews and openly makes a statement.
