A list of puns related to "National Express"
You make millions if not billions in fares every year and you want me to pay to make my journey carbon neutral? Bloody cheek!
I was charged Β£4.60 instead of Β£4 several times on my credit card with tap & pay after they revised their charges. Shortly after it happened, I contacted them and they said I would be refunded in a few weeks. Four months on and I'm still struggling to get a full refund after calling and numerous emails and messages. π‘
Best check your credit card to see they haven't overcharged and not refunded you, too.
Hi all, as the title says wondering if National Express allows you to bring full size bikes on their coaches, found a bike for sale pretty far from where I live. Googling the question gives very mixed replies (some people were able too, others not)
Bike is a M size Giant Glory 27.5" if that helps with size.
Able to go on the train if not, but figure better to find out as the coach is 1/3 of the price.
EDIT for those googling this as I did: You will need a bike box, or atleast a box big enough to fit your bike. You can remove your wheels to fit into a smaller box if it's not a bicycle box. I'm going to be using some old polystreyene packaging and tubular shapes from previous bikes to secure it.
I've always taken the Tube before, but the Piccadilly line is on strike this weekend. In theory, the journey takes 45 minutes.
I've purchased a 10am departure for a 2pm international flight from LHR. I'm starting to question whether that's enough time, given the strike & holidays. (Although there appears to be no scheduled road works at least.)
Anyone who has experience with this National Express coach, or insight into driving times from London to LHR this time of year, I would appreciate hearing from you.
Cheers!
Newish to the Uk in general, trying to figure out how to buy a bus ticket and itβs more complicated than buying a damn house. I just need to take one roundtrip ride, probably weekly. Which one of the 4000 options do I buy? Should I pay with app, coins, mticket, swift card, contactless, or livestock?
Buses shouldnβt be this complicated. Iβm staying within the West Midlands btw.
Also off topic how do you get to the 2nd level of a double decker bus. Is there like a spiral staircase in the back or something?
Got a interview there next week, and I was wondering what the atmosphere is like in a busy Bus Garage. I hope to get the job, but I worry it might be another case of coping with corporate.
Just looking for feedback/ experiences on folks (Or anyone they know) who've spent time there.
Every time I try to book a ticket online the following page appears: https://ibb.co/w49sJ5y
I tried all my browsers and different computers. And the only one that worked was MacBook (safari browser) from a friend of mine.
Is this a normal problem? Do I need an apple to buy coach tickets?
PS: Not even the app works. You can see play store comments of people with the same problem
