The Royal Albert Hall 1966 Concert
Never listened to it all the way through until now - now I understand why this concert is hailed as one of his greatest! Coming from a background in the heavier side of music (think deathcore, death metal, hardcore punk etc) it makes so much sense now why people see performances like this as proto-punk. The absolute wall of sound Dylan and the Hawks created was immense and it shows on the record, with Dylan near screaming on Tell Me Momma and Like a Rolling Stone and Robbie Robertsonโs solos are blues rock at their finest. Honestly one of my favourite live albums of all time. Just wanted to share my thoughts on it, probably from a different perspective than most :)

My first time tuning with Dirac. When using the Dirac filter, the music gets less directional, less megaphone-like, now it sounds like in the middle of a concert hall with the filter. I am not sure what to make of it yet. What are your experiences with Dirac?
