A list of puns related to "Nate Archibald"
Itβs just something about this moment that is so funny to meπ from the way she says βwhoreβ, to Nateβs face, to the way she just casually moved on after that, to how accurate it is and last but not least imagining Dan say this because he is gossip girl omgπ€£π€£ππ please tell me Iβm not the only one
I posted a video link of two ESPN sports announcers discussing it on their show after one of their daughters told him about it and refused to not call the character Nate Archibald. Gave me a giggle thought I would share ESPN announcers discuss GG and Nate Archibald
Out of all of them. That was hilarious.
Rewatching the series and the constant theme of the series as Nate keeps forgetting he has a girlfriendβ¦
Iβm only in season 2 so Iβll leave it there even though I know he has several more shenanigans. Does he just believe in not having conversations with women?
I just remembered this interview from years ago and thought it could be relevant if Josh still feels this way:
Joshua Schwartz did an interview where he revealed where The OC characters are today and this was his response for Taylor Townsend:
Taylor Townsend (Autumn Reeser)
This fan favorite has earned a happy ending of her own β with Gossip Girl's Nate Archibald. Wait, what?! Let Schwartz explain: "Taylor moved back to Paris to ghostwrite a memoir for a French intellectual who lived in the flat next to Harold and Roman, Blair Waldorf's dads. One day, Taylor returned their cat, Cat, to their apartment and met Blair, who was very taken with her." Blair set up Taylor and Nate; the rest is Schwartzoverse history.
How would people feel if they made this canon in the reboot?
this one always cracks me up lmao.
Physically he hasn't changed much, but he was such a dreamboat on Gossip Girl yet he played a douchie asshole The Deep so well.
Honestly heβs the only one in the main cast that can get cut out and we wouldnβt be missing much. He is extremely bland and honestly not even that attractive. I hope heβs living a lonely sad life rn in New York whereβs the population is 8 million. His moral compass is boring and he still ends up dating a 17 year old.. legal or not itβs still weird and him being hyper sexual is like his only personality trait. Next.
I really like him and makes my second unit more fluid scoeing wise. Better than marbury. Great pickup while grinding all time dom.
RANT!! Nate's been in some weirdass relationships, and the more times i watch the show the odder I realize they are. he goes from married women to a literal school kid?? Like why are you even dating a girl that needs permission from her father to date you?? could you not get with any of the other hundreds of people in Manhattan that are not legally obligated to be in school?? He may be the least problematic of the main five, but he complains about everything being handed to him, yet works for almost nothing he has. He got the Spectator handed to him by his grandfather, without any qualifications. he didn't even try with school, i'm convinced he got into Columbia because of his last name even if his dad/granddad didn't call the dean of admissions. so all those times he said "I want to earn things instead of have it handed to me" was for no reason cause at the end when things are handed to him he just runs with it. I just can't with him. he's a pretty boy but he has next to no substance. Sorry!! I'm just annoyed with him atm
Nate is a good guy but heβs still a hoe. How else do you explain him dating a 17yr old in season 6?
Iβm making my way through all time dom and wondering how good Nate Archibald is and if he will be worth the evo
Time comes for all records, no matter how impressive. We hope you enjoyed your time in the pantheon and wish you well
Ummm.. anyone else notice this? Itβs super obvious and itβs never addressed in the show.
Season 5 episode 17
Is it just me, or did anyone else kind of stop caring about Nate around mid-season 2? A lot of his relationships after were characters we didn't know or bad people (Lady Catherine, Juliet, Bree, Sage).
His storyline just became so disconnected.
Who do you prefer?
I've heard a lot of people call nate unproblematic and the best person in the show, but imo he isn't. the only reason he wasn't problematic was bc he had everything handed to him. also it really bothers me how serena gets so much hate for hooking up with nate while he was dating Blair, but nate was the one in a relationship? i feel like nobody ever calls him out for it.
and most of his storylines were so boring
Iβve won about 60 games on triple threat offline and havenβt gotten either. Is this how rare they are or am I getting super unlucky?
In order to get Artis Gilmore and Nate do you have to do all of the historic dom in superstar?
