Question about story of Mina Shirakawa vs Tam Nakano at Tokyo Super Wars

Unfortunately I’ve found myself falling far behind in stardom. I’m trying to keep up with stories but I cannot figure this one out. The video package before of Mina seemingly crazy, speaking of love interests me in the background of the match. Can anyone explain the story leading up to this? I’m very interested and wanna be invested in the match, instead of confused. Can anyone help?

Best Tokyo neighborhoods for mid-20s on a budget? Koenji, Nakano, Okubo vs. Ueno, Asakusa

For dating and meeting new people, would it be a hindrance to live in the Ueno area as opposed to near Shibuya/Shinjuku? Which Tokyo neighborhoods would you recommend for someone in their mid-20s (budget around 80,000-90,000, 1LDK)?

I found an apartment I like between Ueno and Asakusa. It’s got easy access Ueno Park and Ameya Yokocho on foot and I love the area and its mix of nature and old-school shitamachi shopping streets. But it would take around 40 minutes to access Shinjuku and Shibuya (17 min walk to Uguisudani Station - Yamanote) and somehow the area feels more mature, not so many folks around my age (mid-20s).

Alternatively, the Koenji/Nakano/Okubo areas seem to have easy access to Shinjuku/Shibuya and are packed with millennials. But maybe not as much local flavor and wide-open spaces as Taito-ku?

Thoughts?
