Hi, I would like to try an unnamed opening I found in Starting Out: Benoni systems but the book doesn't cover everything you need. The line is 1. d4 Nf6 2 Nf3 c5. The book only covers the positions arising after 3 d5 and so I want to find out about 3 c3, 3 e3 and 3 dxc5. Can anyone think of a book that covers these lines? I have been unable to find one(s).
