TORONTOTOKYO studied for a year in the Moscow State University, faculty of computational math and cybernetics(the faculty is actually huge in Russia, think of it as a Russian Cornell Uni). This is the congratulation post at VK from student association of the faculty. “Our teachers in mathematical analysis and linear algebra gave Alexander hardening, endurance, courage and the ability to get out of difficult situations. Capitalism is about taking risks and being rewarded for for it or dealing with consequences of it. And entrepreneurs are the biggest of risk takers in business.
We almost never have Stalinist structure in CS, so why not the Moscow State University.
