A list of puns related to "Monday Motivation"
It's getting real now y'all! Lineup is out - time to get dem buns working out π©
Sorry I've been MIA for a while! Caught da Omarion in late December and have been on a brutal work schedule working in the COVID ICU. Fortunately I'm finally transitioning back to my usual schedule. I've def been stress/depress-eating this past month and haven't had time outside of work for much at all, including exercise. But I'm ready to get back into it and start feeling more like myself! Can't wait to get my soul and body recharged for the fields.
How's everyone else doing???
Someone provide some reassurance that the price will bounce back. Kind of scary watching the share price fall so much this morning, knowing how much I have in QYLD.
Are you going to let *ichigan and Penn State have a better semester than you? Get outta bed, put your shoes on, and LET'S. ****ING. GOOOOOOOOOOOOO.
I have been abstaining from sugar for over a year now, and have coached family members and co-workers on giving up sugar too. The biggest mistake people make is beating themselves up because they had a slip-up or had an episode where they ate sugar.
Because itβs the beginning of the year Iβm going to tone this post to people who decided to give up sugar for 2022.
We are only 10 days into this year, that leaves 355 more days for you to succeed. And by succeed I mean making choices that lead to sustainable habits in the long term.
You will struggle to get rid of sugar, I say that because everyone does. I know you only live life one day at a time but donβt feel like youβve failed just because of a few bad days. The overall goal of getting sugar out of your life is bigger than you realize. Even if you spend the first 6 months of the year developing positive habits that reduce/eliminate sugar intake you are still doing yourself a favor in the long term.
The many attempts it took me to give up sugar before it took, involved self depreciating thoughts of failure. I assume most people experience this. What Iβve found helps is to focus on what can you do differently next time to set yourself up for success. Think of past incidents as missed opportunities to succeed as opposed to failures.
Ask yourself things like βwould it help to have healthy snacks readily availableβ or βwhat menu options should I look for next time when choosing a mealβ.
I hope these words of encouragement help. Donβt give up.

We all know Monday's suck, so why not some motivation? I had a lot going on the past few weeks and lost interest in a class I'm taking. Master's level, Fire Protection Technology. Did enough to just get by, but figured I was going to fail (below a B for graduate classes to pay back). The final assignment was not only confusing, but didn't detail how many pages it required. Checked to see if my grade was update and saw I had a B! So not only did I pass, but I don't need to pay back TA. I thought for sure I was a failure.

Is it just me or does 17 weeks sound way sooner than "April"?
Personally, I've been in a bit of a funk as I've been stressed af about moving, work, and some other things. I really doubt I'll be working out much during these next few weeks as I prepare for the move... and then move and unpack. Lawd do I hate moving, but the new place is awesome so I can't say I'm not excited! I've still been sticking to my relatively healthy diet during the weekdays so at least I got that going for me...
How's everyone doing now that we're really in it - it being the cold wet winter and holiday season?
