Do you know any other books/magazines, that offer Tactical Vignettes including the solutions and commentary? I primarily focus on the 80s and after.

When did officer training shift from such a young age to a modern minimum of 17 years old?
I'm just working my way through Blucher: Scourge of Napoleon by M. V Leggiere and I've noticed that the Moltke family crops up again in the officer class of the Prussian army. In this instance it is noted to be a Count Friedrich von Moltke who Blucher made one if his regimental adjutants in May 1813 (Page 197). It is further noted on page 281 in a letter to Amalie dated 1st Sept 1813: "My good Count Moltke is no more... On the way, he drowned in high water[the Elbe] and here we grieve his loss." My question is do we know what his relation (if any) would be to the Moltkes that will crop up over the next century in Prusso/German high command?

On another note, I said in several threads a year ago that MTX in FO76 wouldn't be limited to cosmetics for very long and I was told I was being aggressive, rude, and got downvoted. I want my 9 karma back. I also affirmed that they would start to charge people for more storage space, and was called bad names :(
