- Quark starts a bar in Springfield. He is limited by the standards of contemporary technology, and no one finds his appearance unusual. How does he compete with Moe?
- They switch places. The same rules as above apply.
- Both take over the Mos Eisley Cantina around the time of A New Hope. Assuming neither backstab the other, how do they do? They have access to any Star Wars tech that the average citizen has, and no knowledge of Star Wars as a franchise.

TLDR: Moe bet on a draw for the hockey match.
In the classic season 6 episode of the simpsons, Lisa on ice, Moe shows up at the Simpson home and asks how Bart and Lisa are doing. He then checks for injuries that the gambling committee doesnβt know yet, but Marge quickly shushes him out. In his panic, he mentions that βtheyβre gonna take my thumbs!β but falls on deaf ears
In later episodes, his thumbs are fine! The question is: how? Basically what happened that night, Moe, in his desperate state of mind, decided that there would be a draw between the two teams. Since the match ended with a hockey riot, the match was therefore stuck at the score in 2-2, he managed to argue that the game ended in a draw. As a result, the gambling committee (who I picture as Fat Tonyβs crew) decided to let his debts slide and he was safe.
I was gonna go for Gil Gunderson, but damn Nelson is just a kid whose mother is almost never home and his father skipped on him, yet he still dreams of the day they can all be a family again. That episode where he's staying with the Simpsons and he sings by the window, π΅ "papa, can you see me? papa can you hear me?" π΅
