Don't have an astronomy background but I got interested in Transneptunian objects. How do I figure out what's going on in these Minor Planet Electronic Circular (MPEC)?
Is there a guide anywhere?
I picked out the most recent discovery, 2018 VG18, from Wikipedia, thinking I'd follow up on the research on. Turns out there was a lot of media coverage on it, since it turns out it's the most distant TNO found, but the only thing that shows up on google scholar is this: https://www.minorplanetcenter.net/mpec/K18/K18Y14.html
I've figured out that there were 11 observations from November 10, 2018 to December 12, 2018, that the semimajor axis is 95.23 AU, the eccentricity is 0.77, the inclination is 31.7 degrees, and the current distance is 125-130 AU.
All the other stuff is a complete mystery.

Is there any reason not to circular breathe in the Allemande from the Bach A minor Partita? I haven't found a recording that uses circular breathing, and I personally find the breathing annoying.

I have like 50 mods, most are tiny. The larger mods being Outer Planets and Minor Planets Expansion. I am was trying to orbit one the farthest planets in the Minor Planets mod and the moment I got the encounter with it, any kind of regular time warp would give constant lag spikes. I'm assuming this either has something to do with the very far distance my ship is from the sun or Minor Planets Expansion isn't a well put together mod (which would be a shame). I went back and testing time warp around Kerbin and it ran perfectly fine. Doing time warp in the tracking station is normal as well. (shown in video).
Minor Planets Expansion is also meant to be played along side Outer Planets so no, that shouldn't be the issue.

Why did the IAU decide to define "planet" in a way the excludes "minor planets", "dwarf planets", and "exoplanets".
In other words, why are Mercury, Venus, Earth, Mars, Jupiter, Saturn, Uranus, and Neptune considered the only "planets" rather then being the only "major planets".
