The Transport Ministry will examine the anti-COVID-19 protocols of Vietnam Airlines after its flight attendant sparked fresh coronavirus community transmissions in the country.
The great country of Finland, or more precisely, The Ministry of Transportation has announced the βKiertÀÀβ program, meaning βGet Aroundβ program, which hopes to increase public transport to a even higher level than ever before. This will include buying new buses, trains and trams. The project will also build three new railway lines in Finland, and new tramways. The project is predicted to cost 5 billion USD over the next 10 years.
The Ministry of Transportation also finalized a purchase with MAN, to buy 120 new CNG Buses for public transport in Helsinki. The new buses are predicted to be fully shipped by November and start driving in the beginning of December. The entire transaction cost Finland 50 million, but the new buses will pay this back in their usefulness in the country. Every bus will go on a different line of the total 120 bus lines in Helsinki, making bus transport more accessible to everyone in Helsinki, be it in the middle of the city, or outskirts of the metropolis.
