The story takes place in Kong Sang Continent, and revolves around the tumultuous love story between Zhu Yan, princess of the Chi Yi Tribe and Shi Ying, a royal prince. Shi Ying's mother was framed, and he was banished to Jiu Yi Mountain to cultivate. Originally focused on nothing but cultivation, he began to develop romantic feelings for Zhu Yan, his disciple. However because of their relationship as teacher and student, both of them do not voice out their feelings. Fate also stands in their way when they stood on opposite sides in political struggle and undergo life and death situations. I don't want to step on anybody's toes here, but the amount of non-dad jokes here in this subreddit really annoys me. First of all, dad jokes CAN be NSFW, it clearly says so in the sub rules. Secondly, it doesn't automatically make it a dad joke if it's from a conversation between you and your child. Most importantly, the jokes that your CHILDREN tell YOU are not dad jokes. The point of a dad joke is that it's so cheesy only a dad who's trying to be funny would make such a joke. That's it. They are stupid plays on words, lame puns and so on. There has to be a clever pun or wordplay for it to be considered a dad joke.

- Zhang Liang's rainstorm sorcery will automatically trigger if you approach the Yellow Turbans' main camp or quickly clear two separate castle gates.
- Defeating Zhang Liang here prevents him from appearing at the Rebellion.

- You can prevent the respective acts of 'sorcery' carried out by Zhou Cang & Pei Yuan Shao by approaching either of them from the south and quickly defeating them.
- Defeating Zhang Bao here prevents him from appearing at the Rebellion.

- If Zhang Liang was defeated at the Yellow Turban Menace beforehand, Bo Zhang will be enraged & stronger than normal here.
- If Zhang Bao was defeated at the Yellow Turban Fortress beforehand, Zhang Man Cheng will be enraged & stronger than normal here.
- If both Zhang Liang & Zhang Bao were defeated beforehand, Zhang Jiao will launch a (flaming) rockslide attack along the road to the Yellow Turbans' main camp.
- Defeating all officers besides Zhang Jiao & taking his main camp's rear stronghold forces him to retreat.
Act 2
Battle of Si Shui Gate
- Skipping this stage allows Hua Xiong to ambush Yuan Shao at Hu Lao Gate after Dong Zhuo burns Luo Yang.
- Quickly capturing the enemy supply depot or sneaking into Si Shui from the south & defeating Hua Xiong keeps Sun Jian from losing momentum and causes Si Shui's eastern gates to open early.
- Sun Jian will take a defensive approach at Hu Lao Gate if he goes too long without supplies & is forced into withdrawal here.
- Letting Sun Jian be forced to retreat allows Hua Xiong to charge out & heavily decreases allied morale. However, this also lets you face & defeat Hua Xiong in a duel (he's guaranteed to challenge you if you approach him after Sun Jian bails out), turning the tide back in your favor.
- Taking the enemy supply depot increases starting morale for the Allied Forces at Hu Lao Gate.
- If Zhang Liao has already been unlocked as a playable character, the generic & much weaker Dong Min will take his place here to lead the enemy reinforcements.
