My parents played Microsoft solitaire before i installed Linux on their PC, and the problem is that other solitaire games i searched for and installed simply aren't the same. the only solution is to have Microsoft Solitaire from Windows 10. the best would probably be through Wine.
Is it possible to install Microsoft Solitaire straight on linux in any way? Cracked or not, just that it works with no ADS. i need help with this because i haven't been able to find a solution or a downloadable solitaire somehow. feel free to also PM me if posting links isn't allowed.
Edit: mainly for Spider solitaire. (Which isn't the same on Linux solitaire games)
I was playing last night and got 3 achievements right away.
I sometimes cannot solve the daily challenges and would love to chat with other players about them. Anyone know of a forum where people chat about this game?

Before i switched the parents' PC to ZorinOS Linux, dad played Microsoft's spider solitaire every day on Windows 10.
It looked like this and he played on highest difficulty and i tried the built in AisleRiot spider solitaire but that's not it... He wants the same as he was used to.
If it could be with the exactly same layout, that would be great, or i can somehow use emulation for it if there's no exactly the same game on Linux.
It's basically the only thing he needs next to a Firefox web browser.
At TrueAchievments it says "The base game contains 40 achievements worth 1,000 Gamerscore, and there is 1 DLC packs containing 36 achievements worth 850 Gamerscore." I can see the extra achievements on both the website & my Xbox console but not in game on my Win10 PC. Also I can't find anything about the DLC packs containing 36 achievements worth 850 Gamerscore. Wondering if this is something that hasn't been released yet or am I missing something?
Edit: As an update the new achievements showed up at the beginning of this week. Still wouldn't pop on my laptop even after a reinstall. At 1st they didn't show up on mobile until I did a reinstall. They will pop on the mobile only, but not on the laptop.
For over a week (if not more) I've noticed that each time I go into the store that there's an update for MS solitaire.

If I hit the update button, the update continues normally without any errors. I even get the "xyz app has been updated, check it out" toast notification. The game also runs just fine if I start it up and play a hand or two. However, the next time I check it's back in the update list and updates all over again. No other apps are doing this, just solitaire.
Has anyone else encountered this? I don't want to submit a bug report thru the feedback hub if it's just my install being weird.

And ads are naughty, they last 30 seconds and turn the volume up to max! This didn't happen before updating.
Can you recommend an alternative? My mom plays Klondike, FreeCell and Spider so it would be ideal a suite that has all threr and has similar aesthetics as Microsoft's (even if it is XP or Vista aesthetics). Should be usable offline and preferably without ads.
