A list of puns related to "Metropolitan Park"
Iβm a nurse that commutes to work downtown Toronto from Barrie and I was hoping to subway from here if the weather was bad or if I just didnβt feel like driving, because traffic is always worse when Iβm going in for my night shifts specifically.
I saw that it says no parking allowed between 2 and 5 am for the go bus station but I also read that some people park there overnight so I just wanted insight on how strict they are with this?
Thank you, any help is much appreciated π©
Why does the Aldgate Metropolitan Southbound service always say it is 1 minute away and the time disappears and nothing turns up? Sometimes I am waiting 10mins, today its been 20minutes and all the Aldgate services are Fast? Itβs so frustrating, especially when there is no update about where the train is, and we are all left in silence waiting for a train that never comes!
It is so poor from TFL, I usually love the tube, but incidents like these makes no sense and infuriates me to another degree
Hi Everybody,
I feel like I've won the lottery and have landed an extremely competitive but meagerly paying job in Winter Park! Currently, I live in a city of 300,000 and I consider it to be a pretty urban place, as I originate from a rural area in Appalachia. It's taken me two years to get used to the current city and now I'm moving to a true urban area that is four times larger. I have traveled across the country and have visited many metro areas such as NYC, Chicago, LA, San Francisco, Atlanta, etc., but I have absolutely no idea how to live in one. Luckily, I intend to get a place to live close to my work in the suburbs, so going into the city on the daily is not essential; however, I think that I can use as much help as I can get.
I have a car, but what do I need to know about traffic, public parking, etc.
As someone who will be living in the suburbs, is a sunpass going to be a good investment? Urban city driving makes me nervous.
I assume the city has everything I can imagine, but are there specific places that people who are into the arts, music, and other cultural stuff like that congregate?
Is there much nature stuff to do in the area?
What are some important things I should be wary of?
I'm excited to become a new resident, but I'd be lying if I said I wasn't pretty nervous about coming here. I hope this post isn't breaking any rules I've missed, I've read through the Welcome Center page and went through several threads similar to this one.
I'd say Phoenix, as long as part/most of it is indoors to protect from heat and dust
